Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

So to start out this review does not include the nice gentleman working fresh market, he greeted us and was super nice. Now when we got to the counter we stood there for about 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged, in that time we heard the employees complaining about customers and the biggest complaint was “omfg why are people ordering ice cream so early” and the girl who eventually took our order had super long nails which I now for a fact is a no-no in the food industry (not to mention they looked very unkept) now our order wasn’t that difficult but apparently it was for the girl taking our order she had such a hard time entering it and kept saying “hold on, hold on” we also ordered two drinks but were only rung up for one. Stood there for a little bit longer to try and purchase another one but nobody would come to the counter so we decided to share it. then the guy who called the order out slammed the bag on the counter and yelled the order number out like he was mad. We get our car to eat and hit the road and my wife’s burrito looked absolutely disgusting as you can see from the photo. We eat with our eyes first and honestly would anyone reading this review...

I came in and went through the grocery section. I got two sausages and set them on the counter. The woman named “Inga” didn’t greet me but said those aren’t the right prices they went up . I said okay she said it again I again said okay she never went to ring them up she just repeated herself again. I then said I don’t care about the price just ring them up please. She said no someone else needs to and said how rude I was mind you I never raised my voice but she did I also was polite she wasn’t.

Once the other woman came over Inga came back and stood there staring at me. I was speaking to the other lady and inga kept interrupting. She then told the woman i didn’t pay for my soda. It’s one that braums doesn’t sell and I told her that which seemed to make her angry. Finally paid and went to order my meal and coffee spoke with manager who apologized. I got my stuff went to leave and Inga tells me to have a great day and I looked at her asked her for her name she said Inga i repeated it she said yeah you need me to spell it. She continued being hateful on my way out.

Ice-cream is good however, missed 3 things off of my order. Didn't make the sandwiches correctly. The chicken on 3 chicken sandwiches was old and tough like it was sitting around.

Update: somehow worse than before. I have figured out that the morning shift does seem to have it together. The closing shift server I had seemed like he had no interest in being there at all. I ordered a banana split and was not able to make any adjustments while the person I was with ordered a molten lava triple scoop and was able to select the ice cream they wanted but only after interrupting the server who barely spoke 5 words. We also ordered a bag of burgers with cheese, which I ordered first but had to wait until the ice cream was completed before the burger order was put in. The ice cream we had on a to go order melted while we waited for the burgers to cook. The cook did a great job but the service we received from the server was lackluster and...
