I have been going to this location for about a year now and he ran into a problem tonight through the drive-through. Somebody knew there was extremely rude and cussy . Before things escalated I decided to leave. I called to see if it can be resolved talked to Amanda, and she made it cordial to deal with her and move forward with business at this location. I came in to Brahms to speak with the manager above her. I believe his name is Terry-his voice was very similar to what I heard on the menu outside while placing an order. After agreeing that somebody knew was responsible for the unprofessional behavior at the menu, he decided to throw in an extra small fry. The order amount was close to $70 which was relative to what I spend every other day for my clients at my shop. Not to mention that I spend about $200 a month on free food for the homeless in the area. I fill up a bunch of bags full of food and handed out to those that are congregating behind Valero and local businesses. Everyone around here knows who I am. I won the business of the year for 2019 awarded the torch by the Better Business Bureauâ-one in the nation. So I donât exaggerate claims like this. I am offering this review to those who may decide this could be a location to do larger business with. Small orders they are just fine. Other than the fact that they are extremely skimpy with condiments on their burgers and extremely slow in processing your order. Again, they do just fine on small requestâgenerally. Their food doesn't have the ultra processed feel of a fast food establishment such as McD or BK, and all their dairy products are outstanding quality.
There's a short video on braum's.com that tells their story. It describes the many clever ways they make the details of their operation as clean and efficient as possible. Efficiency benefits us because Braum's doesn'tâ° have to load the food down with processing and preservatives. A great example is their milk, which I routinely get at Braum's for $2.50 a gallon, and forgive me for being redundant, but it is of outstanding quality.
Braum's makes items in many categories, including soda, mayo, bread, candy, chili, bologna, macaroons, rolls, cookies, cheeses, pizzas and many other items. You can get them in their mini grocery stores. Over time I've come to shop at Braum's grocery more often than the big stores. It's faster, more convenient, better tasting, and most of the things I buy are cheaper than comparable items sold at the big stores. .
So if you haven't tried Braum's, you really should. Explore some of their offerings and you will miraculously become healthy and wealthy overnight.
Ok maybe not, but randomized Clinical study data have proven Braum's devotees like myself have a 94 percent higher chance of smiling after leaving a Braum's compared to customers who shop the big grocery store chains.
