Oh boy...heregoes!! I believe that breakfast, on weekends (sunday 945am was my time), at Carl's jr, in nw okc, is a lost cause... I ordered a monster biscuit and a country fried steak biscuit with egg. I waited almost 30mins, and they brought me the steak biscuit with egg, and a regular biscuit. Not what I ordered. The man who brought my order out to me was the same man who took my order at the counter. He took the order back behind the counter, and set it on the "order expediting" counter. I was expecting to hear him ask for a "remake on a monster biscuit"...which I didnt hear. He then disappeared to the back while a couple more customers walked in. There were already 5 or 6 of us waiting to get our orders in the first place. I, then looked at my receipt and noticed that he had rang up the order as a steak biscuit with egg and a regular, plain biscuit. I then proceeded up to the counter to show, and explain, and even pay the difference for my monster biscuit that I originally ordered. That was when the lady from the drive thru had walked over (I assumed she was the manager since she wasnt wearing one of those red, promotional tshirts, like the rest of the crew were wearing), and told the guy who was putting the orders together ( who was doing a good job, as were the cooks in the back, filling the orders), that she "wasnt worrying about any orders that werent for her drive thru". I dunno what the expeditor asked her exactly...can only assume he asked where or which orders she had taken care of. That was about the last straw for me...the bad attitude. That was also about the time when I had realized that half the people who were coming in, had orders in hand, saying that they didnt get this, or didnt get that. I sure wasnt gonna wait another damn 30mins just for a monster biscuit and a cold steak biscuit with egg. So instead, I drove to the whataburger that was close to my house, (I should have gone there instead...but I hadnt had my monster biscuit fix in a little while...and I still havent, and probably wont ever have one again). I got to that whataburger; placed my order and got my order in less than a tenth of the time it took Carl's jr to get me the wrong order. I'm just gonna cut my losses, which was only about $7. And I dont think I'm ever gonna go back to cj's for a long, long time... and even then, I may just go to the one all the way on the south side...way down on western or penn...south of 240. I'm sad that I even have to select a star to rate my last visit...they dont...

Read morewent in Sun, April 9th around 5:30. no one in store but employees. initially tried drive thru but the manager on duty says they dont take apple pay through the drive thru, pretty rudely in my opinion too. so we go in and walk up to counter to the Manager On Duty (didnt catch a name. too rude) On a Facetime call (have video recorded of it) manager ignores us (group of three) and one other customer up front and waits about 2 min for an employee that was cleaning the dining area to come help us at the counter (Very nice guy) he checks us out and we ask for 3-4 ranches with the order. after that we ask for a chocolate milk shake and the manager on the facetime call ignoring us says "im out of ice cream, no shakes" quite rudely, at this point were questioning the store but still waiting patiently. 10-15 minutes pass and our $10 and some change order finally comes out and we ask if the ranch was included the "Very nice guy" mentioned early had the order and said no it wasnt that he would grab it and he brings one and my girlfriend politely asks for 2-3 more as we asked for more than one and he grabs them. and the rude antisocial manager on the facetime call says "theyre $50 cents each" like we didnt literally ask for them on our order. i hope the total $2 for those 3-4 ranches was worth...
