Chelino's Mexican Restaurant (8966 South Western, OKC) — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Never order to go apparently. I go to this Chelinos 2 or 3 times a month and always have great fast service when I dine in. To go was a whole different story I called and the lady seemed confused about my order and when I corrected her she told me it was my fault, but we got that straightened out and she had everything right and told me pick up would be in 20 minutes. I get there and she told me they made the wrong order so she was correcting it, and I said thank you and sat down. They got my order done in about five minutes and she told me it was the cheese, and fajita beef enchilada no onions. I trusted her and went home and it was all wrong it was just cheese enchiladas with onions. I called and asked to speak with the manager and she said that she was so I told her the problem, and she said she checked them herself and I apparently didn't know what fajita beef looked like. I also told her there were onions and she said that was from the cheese sauce I have ate here plenty of times and never had this problem. Then she told me I was wrong and if I wanted my money back to come in. When all I wanted was a correct order which I said. Then she said well I'm right so I'm not sure what you are talking about, and I said fine I will bring the food in, and she hung up on me. I get to the restaurant and another lady greets me I tell her the problem and she apologizes and said I was correct and that she would fix it. I appreciated that, and then another young girl comes over and tell the older woman we won't be remaking it is what the manager said but here is her money. Then she said she was sorry, and basically for me to go. I said no why don't you show the manager this plate, and they took it back to the back and talked for a few minutes then finally the manager comes back to the front and said here's your new order. Then pulled it out showed me it was correct, and wanted me to go on. I apologized for being rude but she didn't seem to think she was wrong at all. Goodafternoon people my name is Leslie Linda M, I have been a customer at Chelino Western for serval years I wanted to let you all know about my experience yesterday I had Isabel as my server twice first time her attitude was not it she was rude did not do her job right , and when I mean right she didn’t check up on us like a server would well last night Monday afternoon I was sat with her again I decided to give her another shot since we all have bad days etc But tonight disappointed me I never complain but her service was horrible she was rude she did not CHECK up on us at all. I asked her for spoons she never brought the spoons I was done eating she never picked up my plates I wanted to order dessert she was no where to be found, it was a very slow night I was in there with a couple tables she wasn’t busy so I’m not sure what was going on, I had to go up to the front to ask another server for my dessert as I was walking back to my table I see her in the hallway on her phone laughing texting (looked like she was having a good time ) I hope something is done over this , if you do not like your job you should definitely not be working there , this happed twice and I am so disappointed you have lost a customer, I have been going to this location for serval years and I will not be back with service like her she was rude and could not serve my family and us correctly, disappointed, I personally know chelinos And I can’t believe server like this even work with...

I had a terrible experience here and will never go back! We got seated quickly. It took a while to get our chips and salsa. Then even longer for the guy to come ask what we wanted to drink. We told him we were ready to order also. It took a while to get our drinks (water). We ask for some more cheese dip and he brings 1 and puts it in front of the customer that still has some. Chips are gone now and so is the cheese dip but our food shows up. Waiter asks if we need anything else. We said some napkins and some silverware and another cheese dip please and more chips. We got that. We cut into our enchiladas they were very tough. I took a few bites and thought maybe the meat is suppose to be red. Maybe the seasoning? Then I find a few pieces of brown meat and another that is brown on one side and pink with red dots on the other. (Blood) from not being cooked all the way?! We ask the waiter when he comes back. He says he doesn't even eat the enchiladas here!!!! But that he will tell them to add more food coloring to the meat?!?! What??? So rude!! And sarcastic!!! I hand him my plate I'm not eating it! He asks if we want to go boxes!!! No!!!!! Then if we want dessert? Uh no!!! He gives us our check which we have no problem paying for the chips and salsa we ate but we did not eat even a quarter of our food and we had to pay! This place has gone down hill so...
