Ordered 2 pizzas today to feed the homeless in downtown OKC. When we pulled the 1st slice from the pizza, a 4-5 inch black hair hung from it. They no longer wanted to eat this pizza and I don't blame them.
I called the store to ask for credit on this one and was told by a manager that all pizzas with hair in them must be returned to the store for credit.
They wouldn't even start a replacement pizza until AFTER they inspected the pizza, telling me the owner requires it be returned before they waste anymore resources on a LIAR.
I asked if I could send the pictures I took. Declined. I told them it was a 25 mile round-trip that would cost me more in gasoline than the pizza cost. The girl hung up on me. Tho I called back 4 times, she hung up on me without saying a word. She used the caller ID to recognize my phone number. I didn't insult her, nor was I rude, so I didn't understand why she was being so hostile. So, I eventually ordered food from Pizza Hut to be delivered directly to the homeless at their camp while I drove back to Dominos with both pizzas to ask for a refund. They refused to refund my tip. They wouldn't even offer a free pizza for my trouble. One pizza was still whole while the other on had 2 missing slices - the 2 that had the hair on them. I was treated like a con-man trying to get something for nothing. I've been coming to this Dominos location for 16 years. No repeated history of problems with pizza. They just couldn't be bothered and did actually call me a liar!

While trying to place an online order the system malfunctioned but charged our card anyway...after calling this location and re-ordered the food...the individual who was taking our order which took nearly 15 minutes...charged our card...then proceeded to tell us that that specific location does not deliver to us...instead of offering pick up he then canceled the order. We requested to speak to a manager, and was told that they were in the middle of their dinner rush and the manager wouldn’t be able to speak to us....it was 9:15 pm... i have never heard of a 9 pm dinner rush....I asked for the managers name...and i was given 3 different names, apparently the girl i was talking to is “bad with names”. We then asked for the district manager and was told they didn’t have that information. We decided to drive up to this location to speak directly to this manager who was apparently too busy to get on the phone. Upon arrival they were so busy, 1 person was working while the others were talking.....as i spoke to the manager she deflected every concern and blamed the workers instead of taking responsibility for her restaurant. She was very rude and unprofessional. All she stated was there was nothing she could do and that we would have to call our bank in order to get the charges reversed. We requested a receipt of the canceled transaction and the “manager” quickly printed off 2 voided receipts which showed absolutely zero record of what the transaction was and was even further proof that all she was doing was trying to get is...

I ordered online, the delivery took about 1hr anf a half to get here, the pizza was cold and hard, breadsticks were made incorrectly, received a different dipping sauce, and the delivery guy dropped my food on the floor as he got to my apartment. Then when I called the store to make a complain, the lady on the phone was so rude and in a rush. She then said to call a different number, I did, fortunately I was told I was going to get my order for free today and they said they were going to charge me a delivery fee, she did not even ask my address and hang up. I had to call back and tell them my address.
Then as I waited for the same new order, i checked it and it was wrong ONCE AGAIN. I tried speaking to the manager, then the supposed assistant manager said that I was ONLY going to get another pizza for free and that if this happened one more time that I would be charged. Like really? It's not my fault these people could not take the time to do my order right. TWICE IN A ROW, HOW IS THIS FAIR???
