Dunkin' — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Great donuts, always fresh (especially at 5am), needs to work on customer service. i am usually the only one in the drive-thru with no customers inside, The manager is usually the only one working. I usually get the same thing which includes a donut with chocolate frosting, the service is quick and friendly, but i would trade the quick for a little extra time spent preparing my order.

I stop here because it is usually the only thing open that early other than McDonalds, and even though McDonalds has better customer service and takes time to actually prepare my order to go, i like a decent donut on occasion. EVERY time i forget to ask about wrapping my Chocolate covered goodness with the wax paper I get to work and discover that (without fail) the Chocolate was left uncovered putting it in the bag and ALL of the Chocolate is stuck to the side of the bag, leaving me with just a filled donut without frosting.

If i wanted to eat the bag this would be just perfect, unfortunately I gave up eating paper in elementary school and this is not appealing AT ALL! Since my usual requests to the Manager don't seem to be helping with customer service, figured maybe a District/Regional manager might actually read a review and make...

The Worst Dunkin Donuts is, In Oklahoma City 36th NW May, the 'Manager' description is Indian/Middle Eastern guy who is a POOR Excuse! he used all that free PPP $$$Funding for himself, he cut full time working, cut donuts, won't CLEAN THE OUTSIDE ORDER MENU" coffee stained all over it. He changed closes at 9pm other close around 10pm, excuse we don't have any people to work BUT he got 20 ladies working Drive-thru?? In the A.M. they only work drive-thru, walkin's are only 'allowed' in the mornings? Just don't carry anymore donuts. I called here 10/28/19 roughly 4:30P. I got a vanilla cream donut and 5 chocolate holes. The checker said what when I asked for the holes so I told her I'd come to the window. At the window she said 5 what twice more. She did understand holes perfectly well. Munchkins/holes same things. Are the titles not interchangeable? Isn't holes the common name for donut holes? Donuts are served here what else served here rhymes with holes, LOL. I think she's a nice gal some ppl just subconsciously get how they get when they want someone to word something how they want them to word it. She addressed me as honey I'm not a fan of these types of titles. I'm in customer service and only address ppl as ma'am and sir. Their vanilla cream was on point.
