The place was extremely basic and gets the job done, it's not fancy or has much, it's minimalist, which I dig that, checking in was nice and entering the room and walking into the restroom. I noticed the tub had recent water in it at some time and couple missing bathroom toiletries, staff was nice to resupply the restroom. Stay there a few nights attending pride! The TV and room was like I said, minimalist. Had the beds and dresser and desk, nightstand and even a storage trunk+mirror. ONE THING TO NOTE: you are right next to the highway, you will hear cars and vehicles drive by, I thought it was relaxing and love background noise. But not all people like that when sleeping or while doing task. Louder when you have when motorcycles or modifications/old vehicles drive by The room also had a fridge which wasn't nothing to hype about and microwave. Did a classic leave a fake looking expensive items on the desk when leaving for several hours at a time and never been touched (means staff aren't trespassing/stealing) Another room note is that we happened to be placed by the pool which you can smell with like a mix of cigarette smoke but after a hour or so it fad away or gotten used to it. The rooms shades were amazing like blackout and keep the room dark throughout the days. The room also had its fair share of people with the bed sheets and blankets having some holes and pillow stains. Hopefully cleaned after each person. The Ac was lovely and works great making the room chilly or warm. TV has many stations and while we were there got lucky with some good movies. The pool unfortunately didn't look great or desirable to swim in as it was green and had I think foam or as my buddy said " algae" *forgot to snap a pic* Outside the rooms is a water fountain. And what I believe an ice machine? that seen better days. The fire exits signs weren't in the middle of hallway but near the ice machine, but hidden away near the door. Which isn't as helpful, or was a distance. Parking is kinda small in front with the back of the building in a darker environment which seems sketchy. I would love to see all sides of the building light up at night but isn't. The biggest problem I had was some time before leaving, someone knocked on the door for which I said "Busy" seconds later knocked more and when I went over, the man tried opening the door and hear him swiping his card again and again ( he couldn't get in as the room has two locks, the bolt knob lock and like chain apartment kind lock. I unlocked the bolt and talked to him through the door I said " yes?" And he said "are you guys leaving soon?" I said, "check outs at (blank) correct?" He said ok and wondered off? Seriously? We had over an hour till we actually had to check out and were rudely interrupted, waking up my friend, and me just packing things and getting ready for another day of pride. The dude literally was inviting himself impatiently. Would have been 5 star service if I didn't have some guard trying to intrude into the room. Overall, Price is good Room is simple and minimalist. Pool probably good if it was kept up. If the rooms kept up (hopefully) This is reasonable and gets the job done But that staff guard needs to approach differently.

Had to wait to be checked in for 20 minutes before the housekeeper came and checked me in when she came down from cleaning. She was pleasant but that's where it ended. There was a nice drunk lady to keep us company while we waited. Everything about the room was terrible. Beds falling apart hard as a rock with stained and burned bedding(yes blankets and sheets) and flatter than flat pillows. Pillows are so flat you might as well not have one and they only give ya 2 per bed which isn't enough to stack together to make a real sized pillow. Lierally one pillow is like 2 cigarette packs stand on top of each other. Ac unit falling apart and no controls on it, window so thin it almost amplifies the highway noise. Bulbs missing from fixtures, other fixtures literally falling out of the wall. The couch we were supposed to have, with a 3rd bed we needed, wasn't in the room. They brought a cot but no pillows or blankets for the person using the cot. Sink faucet gives ya a shower when ya use it and water doesn't stay hot if others are taking a shower in the building. Also when you get twisted around backwards trying to grab toilet paper while sitting on the toilet be careful not to pull the fixture out of the wall. I got plenty of pictures and should've gotten a refund for the terrible stay but the staff either does not speak English or they do not care to talk to you bc they ignore. Rude and should probably be fired and the building condemned. Oh and parking sucks especially when the permanent residents can't park, besides being not well lit. Way overpriced for the terrible condition.

Let’s start this off by saying that the customer service was absolutely DEPLORABLE! We were reserved a room and when we went to check in this was what we walked in to. We go back downstairs to tell them the conditions that we saw and were given two keys to look at 2 rooms. We chose one (the one on our receipt) and she locked the one we did not select from downstairs (so we thought) we go to get into the room and completely locked out. Ignoring all the instructions we had just gave her 5 mins ago. Whatever fine. We leave for the evening and there are 2 men that greet me at the door trying to get into the room and I’m fuming. He looks confused as to why we’re in the room and I tell him what we walked in on and that this was the room we were given. I collect myself and my composure and try to go on with my night. I come back to the room to at least try to sleep for a little before finishing my travels and I’m woken up by BITING SENSATIONS!!!! Both beds were crawling with bedbugs and immediately left. How dare you charge someone for this?! There was no one who even bothered to smooth out the situation just was dismissive and was told to have a good day. The downstairs door does not close all the way so anyone can walk as they please, leaving no safety or peace of mind for you. You are better off sleeping in your car than going to here. The worst experience I have EVER had.

THIS PLACE HAS TO BE AN EXPERIMENT, AN EXAMPLE OF HOW NOT TO RUN A HOTEL THAT IS KNOWN FOR THEIR ABILITY TO MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME. THAT ALWAYS KEEPS THE LIGHT ON FOR YOU... I've heard of horrible hotels, I've even seen the t.v.shows, never thought I'd actually stay in one. What should've started off as a good night turned wrong once we actually got to the room. I checked into this establishment around 530p what would now be 4/03/15 , went to run errands to get things I needed, and stopped to visit family and friends. Upon arrival to my room there is this awful smell of damp carpet and cigarette smoke. I'm willing to bypass that, growing we've stayed in some not so nice places, but I wasn't paying. Walking down the hall you smell the weed smoke, you see people going in and out of each other's rooms. There are holes in the walls...we open the door to the room, it seems ok at first, but upon further investigation, now before I go on I have proof you see, I have video, which I showed the owner at the desk, who was still rude. Anyway there's what appears to be either poop or paint. There hair, dirt, idk in the fridge. The kicker people, now I know, I know I should've turned around from the damp carpet smell. Ok pull the sheets back on the bed I was sleeping in and there right on the pillow is what could be fruit punch, or old blood, but I don't want to make assumptions. Look at the bed, the pillows and pillowcases are dirty and so not white, I would've settled for eggshell. There are stains on the comforter, underneath, not on top...again there's video. The clerk at the desk, who apparently thinks all black people look alike, accused me of being a scam artist and question why I would get a room if my license is from Oklahoma, which I can't see what that had to do with anything. He proceeded to accuse me and claim that he had footage of me in his hotel scamming, which I asked to see, I also encouraged him to pull up the footage of me being in the room, which he had no reply for, but you have camera's in the staircases, but not in the halls??Wonder why? Nevertheless I have mine, which I politely showed him, he again had nothing to say. I have never been accused of anything, nor talk to in a degrading manner before in my life. I will be calling about my refund, something needs to be done about this place...I'll share that video with anyone who will watch it and every news station in the area to warn people about this place, no one should ever be treated that way, especially if I'm giving you my...

I was disappointed before arrival. I had a 1pm meeting & called to ask if I could "check in an hour early so I could freshen up after the drive, before the meeting".I was curtly told I "would have to pay for an upgrade to a 2 bed room" for this to occur. I declined & said I would be checking in about 7, after my all day meeting. There was no customer service in that call. When I arrived I waited or someone to come to the front desk. After raising my voice 2x to ask "Hello?" A young man & 40 something woman checked me in. I had reserved a smoking room & asked about the rooms smell. She asked if I smoked. I said "yes, I just don't want to stay in a room that smells like a wet ashtray, But I can handle a little smell". She just looked at me like I was asking for something I had no right to. In my room I was taken aback by its strangeness. It was large, perfect for someone on a wk/mo basis. 0 hangers, no blow dryer. All furniture was very mismatched and worn. There was considerable damage on the chest sitting below a mirror. The room was surprisingly clean except for the corners. I checked the bed and was pleased to find no bugs. I went back downstairs to get my things from the car and the woman at the desk asked if I liked my room. I think I was still in a state of strangeness and just replied. "It's fine, thank you". I did not pack a blow dryer which I badly needed to be ready for a 2nd and more important meeting I had the next day. I to get a soda from the machine on my floor but it wasn't taking dollars. I went downstairs to the lobby and tried to get a soda out of the machine there, but they were out of anything clear (7up etc). I was able to get my $ changed to coins in the machine of use elsewhere. I asked the woman at the desk if they had a blow dryer I could use. She looked beside her in a cabinet and said "no, someone had not returned it". I asked where another another soda machine was and she said the 2nd floor. When I arrived at the 2nd floor vending area, there was a board laying across the ice bucket placement area because the machine didn't work. The board looked like it had been there more than just a week or so. I was able to get a 7up out of the machine. I went back to my room and resolved myself to get some sleep to make the best of the next day. While the room was only $45 dollars I was disappointed by the overall experience. Every sight relayed worn and depressing ambiance. And it smelled unpleasant, like something I cant put...
