Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Excellent drive-thru service- I am a perfect orderer bc I've worked fast food and was a master at ANY drive-thru I performed at. Having said that I prefer an easy flow when ordering. The rest of my party aren't as "efficient" when placing an order. Tonight we visited drive-thru and had a somewhat long and complicated order (complete with unrelated and sporadic side-conversation🤦🏾‍♀️). Despite the fact that she sounded young, lady working the headset not once gave me attitude or acted impatient! (Oh yea it was also raining which makes it difficult for person taking order to hear the customer clearly)!! She even asked if we wanted any try sauce or anything (and it actually made it in the bag!) Not to mention, we didn't leave window until we checked order (sucks when u get an inaccurate order and have to turn around, only this time there's 50 cars in the line). .. She didn't eye is down, hoping we hurry and get of the drive thru ticker time!

Checking the bag for accuracy brings me to my next round of kudos for the store: The chef working tonight was absolutely amazing!! When I tell you all that the order was 100% accurate everything was piping hot and fresh! The person expediting the order even included napkins in the bag!

Despite the food being extremely hot, our overall time spent from order to done was very impressive! A total of about 5-6 min!

Super Super kudos to tonight's crew I wish I had some money to tip everyone who played a part in the processing of our order! Again, I'm usually not a fuss at these places but tonight I was a passenger (back seat at that), so I wasn't in control of everything. I will definitely return this was only my second visit to...

I don't often eat at Freddy's but when i do it's normally dine in. This time we used the Freddy's app and did store pickup. Ordered a couple burgers and a couple chili dogs and a concrete.

All teens working when i came in, asked for online order pick up, took 3 teens to tell me it's on the To go shelf, in the weirdest part of the store, you would think something like that would be towards the entrance or near the register .

So i got the bag that was tape sealed shut. I asked them so is everything in here. They assured me it's all there.

I got home and guess wasn't what was in there. Yep no concrete. While i should have known better and looked before i left. I didn't. So back up to Freddy's to get it.

The kid proceeded to tell me it was in the freezer. I look at this freezer that has cakes and such in it for sale. I told the kid, it would have been nice to be told this when i asked before i left if this was everything.

It's one thing if the place was slammed , but i was the only customer, and clearly in a while as it was an hour before closing and they had the whole kitchen torn down for cleaning to close.

Anyways, Freddy's teach your teen workers better trying to hurry and close is not more important than customer service. Maybe i caught them on an off night but...

We love Freddie's in general and usually have a good experience, but today's was the all time BEST one yet! There's so much hate and negativity in the world, so when I meet a genuinely kind soul... it gives me some hope for the future... and that's exactly who Toni is, a kind and sweet soul! We went through the drive thru and she handled our order. Yall, this beautiful sweet lady was so amazing!! She greeted us all like we had known her forever, including my moms dog. 😁😍 She had the most amazing personality and you could tell she is just an amazing person all around, she even gave our dog a "Pup Cup" and had a whole on convo with her. Lol I probably seemed like a creeper, but she was so beautiful (inside and out), that I just stared at her in amazement. Lol There def needs to be more "Toni's" in the world! Thank You to that sweet lady for making our whole day. ❤ We had just come from an apt where we thought we were going to have to put my mom's dog down and we got lucky to not have to, but it was an emotional day and she was a breathe of fresh air! Good Job, Freddie's, as the food was amazing as always too. Hands down 🙌,5 star visit...
