Koala Tea — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I started coming to this location when I worked nearby, but I now work across town about 30-40 minutes away and still make sure I stop by for my tea. I loveeeee the tea, but the customer service is TRASH. I normally don’t write bad reviews but after having a long day, driving 30 minutes to get there, and walking into not even a hello or a smile - a bad review was needed. Every time I go here the staff is in a bad mood. Today, the young girl that was behind the counter didn’t even look up to see me walk in, acted like she was busy when I was the only customer in there at the time, did not smile at me, took my order with a attitude, didn’t say thank you for being her only customer, and didn’t even hand me my drink, she just put it on the counter and just walked away as If I was an inconvenience to her. The last time I went, I got the same treatment from another worker. As a faithful customer who loves the product, getting treated this way every time is disappointing. Koala Tea has some quality tea and service! I've only been to a tea place maybe one other time and like then I had no idea what to order or what to do but the guy working the front was patient and very helpful in helping me choosing a tea. And by choosing I just asked for his favorite and order that 😂 they were super nice and made my drink in like not even in two minutes. The place itself was clean and had a very comforting vibe to it. They had tables and a couch to sit, cute decor, and even board games to play if you came with a group of friends. Absolutely loved it and definitely recommend coming here. If you've never tried boba tea before this place would be a good one to come and try it for the first time. It's our first, we told the cashier, she didn't suggest anything while we saw what to order, she turned her back on us and started talking to her co-workers. I told her several times that we were ready, I raised my hand until she finished her conversation she attended I understand they are young but.... I give 5 stars for the service for the only young man there, he is very fast I liked his service Good place for a date and have fun for a while with the board games they have, excellent service, the prices are high for the size of tea, I did NOT like my tea, I love Rose's but in this place you will It leaves the palate bitter 😞😓 My friends' tea had a better flavor, too sweet for my taste, they told me that the ones with a cream base are very sweet, I will back again to try Taro tea, which is another of my favorites, I'll let you know 😀

Es nuestra primera le dijimos a la cajera, no nos sugirió nada mientras veíamos que pedir ella nos dio la espalda y se puso a hablar con sus compañeros de trabajo le dije varias veces que estábamos listos, le levante la mano hasta que termino su conversación nos atendió, comprendo que son jóvenes pero....
