Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I placed my order on line @ 8:22 pm & drove to the location of Pizza Hut. As soon as I arrive @ 8:28 pm I called & talked to a female & told her I already ordered, but forgot to say I wanted marinara with my cheese sticks I ordered. She explained they always come with marinara. I said good, I'm out here ill see you in 13 minutes. I was parked where I have parked every time I have ordered since covid-19 began. Well 8:45 pm come & game. I see a Pizza Hut guy come out the west door with a cigarette. He walked past me toward the east door where the female & another guy was smoking. They finished & went in. I waited a little longer & went in. I saw a young guy sitting in a booth with a stack of unfolded boxes. Seemed to act shocked. Then I saw 3 people standing behind the counter. Left to right. A heavy guy, a short guy & the female. I talked to her since I talked to her already. I asked if my pizza was ready? She said yes. It has been ready. I asked why it wasn't brought out to me? She said you weren't here. I told her I was here when I talked to her on the phone @ 8:28 pm & parked where I have always park everything I've picked up pizzas. We went back & forth a few times. I couldn't get an apology from her. She did ask what she could do to make it right. Then a 4th guy (which was the guy that was who went out west door smoking earlier), that closed down any conversation. He just looked & told me. "Things happen." Then as I was turning around another customer climbed in & said yes things happen. I am aware things happen. But if I had never had service - good service at that store parked in that parking space, I would not have gotten as upset seeing my food sitting in the warming oven while thei were just standing around. That isn't acceptable to me. How can I change my app to the Moore, Oklahoma store? I don't want to do business with Ariel (that is what she said her name is). They should have looked better for my vehicle. BTW my pizza & cheese...

We don't eat pizza or eat out very much but tonight I was not feeling well and everyone was getting hungry so I decided Pizza Hut. I ordered online on their app. It took my coupons and changes to a few of their Specialty pizzas without a hitch. I chose curbside service. When I arrived a personable young man ran out and asked for my name to know what order to deliver to my car. I didn't have to wait long when this same young man brought my HOT pizzas out to me. He actually thanked me for choosing the Hit and wished me a good evening! I am sure I am not the only one but I am not used to hearing 'Thank you' anymore and sad to say, don't expect anymore either. It was very refreshing and he did help me to feel better with his smile, eagerness to work and the initiative that she showed with his work and transactions with me. Got the pizzas and cheesesticks home. It was the BEST pizza! Nothing was left and everyone was very satisfied. That hasn't happened in a long time. The pizzas that I ordered and made substitutions were made correctly and the order was all correct. No mistakes! That has not happened in a very long time! The toppings were the same amount with or without the coupons. I have found that there are some establishments will be a little skimpy when there is a discount. Pizza Hut showed up and scored big time! Pizza Hut became an instant Pizza Hit with us...

Horrible service multiple times. Forgive and forget right?, maybe they were having an off night..... Nope! Sloppy and poor excuses is all I heard. I placed an order online and was given a confirmation number and an estimated time of delivery. When they were a half hour late from the estimated time, I contacted them too see what was going on with my order. At first the clerk was like "uh, I don't see your order. Maybe you ordered from the other pizza Hut" I called the number on my confirmation email and read him the address. He shuffled around, put me on hold again. I finally got fed up and headed down there. They tell me my order was cancelled because they called me time and time again and got no answer. The manager was so sure that they called the right number and got nothing. She then offered too call my phone in front of me, I called her bluff. What do you know. My phone rings and they had been dialing the wrong number the whole time! She said my order had been canceled yet had exactly what I ordered in the...
