Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I took my son to eat the buffet on 7/15/2025. I used to work here and this place has gone down hill. First thing I did was use the bathrooms and they were DISGUSTING! They clearly have not been clean in a while. Back in my day, we were supposed to clean them at the end of the night along with the entire dining area. I heard the worker tell another customer that the glass room had all the tables put together into one big table because there was a party in there the NIGHT BEFORE. The person closing is supposed to put everything back for the person opening the next morning. Very unorganized. When we arrived there was barely any pizza on the buffet and it stayed like that for as long as we were there. When I worked there everything was supposed to stay stocked. This isn't the first time this has happened either. We occasionally will eat the buffet and every time we go it is always like that. One time we requested a certain pizza to go on the buffet and we never ended up getting it because by the time we ate what we had we were full and disappointed so now when we go we don't even request anymore. Other issues I noticed was that the silverware wasn't stocked. Salad bar was a mess! Idk if things have changed, but we used to put together the salad bowl in the back and rinsed the lettuce before putting it into the bowl, then we would take it to salad bar. I watched an employee pour it straight out of the bag into the bowl while it was on the salad bar. Ranch, along with other items, were not stocked on the salad bar. It's buffet night, one of the busiest nights at Mazzio's, you're supposed to make sure everything is good and ready to serve when the buffet starts. I do think the employees were nice and I could see they were trying, but the overall environment was disgusting and unorganized in my opinion. I think since I worked there I expected it to be better. I keep giving it the benefit of the doubt and that is why I keep going back, but I'm starting to think that person running it simply doesn't care. Eating in a dirty and unorganized environment is...

Every time I order from here I am disappointed, and it has only been 2 times! Today while trying to feed my 2 children Dinner, we order a simple Large Pepperoni, Thin crust, can’t go wrong with that right?! WRONG! They had the nerve, the audacity to walk out the door with a Pizza I wouldn’t have fed my dogs! They admitted to me when they arrived that the pizza was originally for someone else but they messed up and didn’t put Jalapeños, so I got the pizza instead, quicker, no big deal, until I open the box and see Pizza Chips, instead of Pizza, literally Cheese was only on 4 of the however many slices that comes with a Large, the box wasn’t even warm, that was a Red Flag! Then when I call and complain, they replace my order, bring the pizza to the door to tell me they need the old one that I had already thrown in the dumpster, because that’s where it should have went in the 1st place!!! McDonald’s doesn’t even take food back because of Health violations, but Mazzios does?! This is the LAST time I will ever eat from this nasty, disgusting, unprofessional, uncleanliness place they call a “Restaurant” I-240 and South Penn is a much better Mazzios, and they will be the only one I use from now on! And I still got the picture of the pizza if anyone would like to see, I wish I could...

HORRIBLE!!! They charged me THREE TIMES. I ordered online for pickup the next day at 10:40am. When I got there the next day, the lobby was locked. I called the store and was directed to corporate. Corporate then called the store and told me the store said they were still cooking the food and that it would be 20 minutes. Angrily, I waited. At 11, they opened the doors and said my food had been ready the whole time and that I was supposed to come through the drive-thru. Nowhere on my email or on their sign did it state this. The WORST part is that the girl who rang me up made me pay again. She said corporate had CANCELLED my order when they called. I looked at my bank statement and was charged THREE TIMES. I’m on the phone with Mazzios now trying to get the charges fixed. I’ve been on the phone 12 minutes and they’re telling me they can’t find my order. I will never go to Mazzios again. I only chose this place because it was open early on a Sunday.

Edit: I’m referring to the store on 104th St in Okc. The lady who assisted me on the phone corrected the error and was as sweet as could be. Still never going to Mazzios...
