The man who handed me my Pinto and cheese, just handed it to me with an attitude and he didnât put the top on the pinto and cheese on purpose just to be a douche and it spilled out inside of the bag some and I know he did that on purpose and then I said thank you to him when I grabbed the bag and he just handed it to me like here you go And then slam the door in my face. I never like to come to this one because they always forget something and they play around too much I could hear some girl out in the parking lot being all loud and laughing maybe sheâs on her break or whatever but I also got a grilled cheese burrito. I hardly had any cheese on the outside of it, it looks like somebody stepped on it with their food. I was like very flat. I normally go to the one on 59th St. in South May because theyâre very good there and they always make sure that the food is looking good they never miss anything and theyâre always busy there and people go to that location on purpose because this one over here they suck And whoever runs it or whoever the manager is, they need to step their game up. They donât pay attention they play around too much and if your sales arenât as much there compared to the other ones thatâs why so yeah some of the employees need an attitude check I donât care if itâs fast food I worked at a nursing home before for years and I had a changed diapers for Five something an hour back in the 90s OK and I live dead.    Read moreThis is one of the worst Taco Bells I've ever been to in my entire life. I've given them several chances and each time they've screwed up royally. I was supposed to get a free burrito for signing up for the app they had an option of what you could choose from we picked the five-layer beefy burrito and then added another five layer beefy burrito and it didn't even come with queso or the sour cream which is what it's originally supposed to come with and it was a hell of a lot smaller than what it would be when you would just buy it out regularly our food was cold the tortillas we're hard and old tasting. It's just disgusting. I mean, you pay a lot of money for this food and I can get way better food for a cheaper price at Los Tacos Two. It's a little bit further of a drive but I guess it's worth it because Taco Bell here is just not it! You need better staff or re-training or both and get rid of the ones that do not care about their jobs.
Edit: I'm just now reading the other reviews and it's the same problem that I've had. How this hasn't been addressed is beyond me. Apparently your management sucks, your staff sucks and they don't care and that needs to change. You've lost my business and I'm sure you've lost quite a few other people's business as well which I'm sure you don't care I'm sure management looks at this and laughs because they don't care! There was 1 vehicle in front of me that couldn't make up her mind of what to order at the drive thru, so I decided to back out of the drive thru to go in and order, because I just wanted 1 item and thought it would be quicker. After giving my order and paying inside, I watched the vehicle already at the drive thru window get theirs, the confused lady that was in front of me in the drive thru get hers and 2 other vehicles that drove up after i had given my order inside (I heard them placing their orders while waiting) get their large orders. As consequence of being on a schedule and the long wait, I ended up having to leave without getting my food or a refund. Attn: Taco bell coorporate, I left my reciept for your tax and inventory purposes. 2 stars is for the workers doing work and keeping the drive thru moving fast. 0 stars for the lack of courtesy, prioritization, professionalism and the list could go on, that employees displayed toward myself and the other people that were inside waiting.
