I HONESTLY DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE A ONE STAR IT WAS THAT HORRIBLE.SO WE TRIED TO ORDER PIZZA ON THE PHONE (WHEN WE CALL IN THE ORDER WE USE MY HUSBANDS # WHEN WE ORDER ONLINE WHICH IS VERY RARELY I HAVE MY # ON MY FORMER PIZZA HUT ACCT) MONDAY NIGHT WE WANTED THE SAME PREV ORDER WE HAD ORDERED ONE WEEK AGO BUT WHEN HE READ THE TOTAL IT WAS $15 MORE THAT THE DEAL WE USE. (2 MEDIUM FOR 6.99 EACH) SO I QUESTIONED HIM ABOUT IT AND HE SAID THATS ONLINE ONLY...I SAID AS OF ONE WEEK AGO AND HE SAW (I GUESS A LIGHT BULB CAME ON) THE PRICE DIFFERENCE AND HE SAID YES ITS ONLY AN ONLINE SPECIAL. SO I WAS A LITTLE ANNOYED BUT ORDERED ONLINE AND THANK GOD I CHOSE CASH OR WE WOULD HAVE BEEN REALLY SCREWED ON GETTING OUR MONEY BACK TO DO THE BASIC COMPETENCY LEVELS THAT THIS STORE MANAGER DAVID HAS BC AFTER THE ORDER IT GAVE ME THE OPTION TO TRACK THE PIZZA (FYI CONSUMERS IT IS A VERY SAD ATTEMPT TO COPYING DOMINOES TRACKER, WHICH MY KIDS AND I PREFER ANYWAYS BUT MY HUSBAND IS THE ONE THAT CARED FOR PIZZA HUT)SO AT 6:00 P.M. THE TRACKER TELLS ME ITS PREPARING FOOD. WE START WORKING ON KIDS HOMEWORK AND WATCHING TV IN THE LIVING ROOM (12 FEET AWAY FROM FRONT DOOR AND WE HAVE AN OPEN FLOOR PLAN AND 2 DOGS, JACK RUSSELL AND DOBERMAN)THEN I GET ANOTHER MSG SAYING FOOD IS BEING DELIVERED AT 6:16 P.M.(PER MY TEXT MSGS) SO WE FINISH UP THE HOMEWORK AND GET READY FOR THE FOOD AND PUT THE MONEY BY THE FRONT DOOR. WE START WATCHING ONE OF OUR SHOWS AND MY HUSBAND ASKED WHERES THE FOOD??I SAID GOOD QUESTION ILL CHECK. IT WAS NOW 7:24 P.M. 1.25 HOURS SINCE IT TOLD ME AND STILL WAS SAYING DELIVERING (B.S. DOMINOES KNOCK OFF) SO I CALLED THE STORE JUST TO BE TOLD BY GOOD OL DAVID (FACETIOUS MUCH) THAT THEY TRIED TO DELIVER IT AND THERE WAS NO ANSWER. HE JUST STARIGHT UP LIED TO ME OR HIS DELVIERY GUY LIED TO HIM BC NO ONE SHOWED UP TO OUR HOME TO TRY TO DELIVER THE PIZZA, SO BY THAT TIME MY HUSBAND IS ON THE PHONE WITH HIM AND THE MANAGER (CHICKEN S*) HANGS UP THE PHONE. THEY DO THIS PHONE TAG BACK AND FORTH AND SO WE CALLED CORPORATE OFFICE. DUSTIN MAKES COMPLAINT WITH A NICE GUY AND TELLS HIM WHAT HAPPENS AND THEN WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD BE CONTACTING YOU REGARDING THIS W/N THE NEXT DAY OR TWO SO I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO HOLD OFF ON THE REVIEW TIL HE HEARD FROM SOMEONE, THEY CALLED YESTERDAY AND MY HUSBAND SAID MAN PPL AT PIZZA HUT MUST HATE THEIR JOBS OR LIFE BC THIS GUY COULD HAVE BEEN DAVID FOR ALL HE KNEW BC HIS DEMENANOR WAS REALLY OFF.WHICH IM GLAD WE WERE REMEMBERED TO RECORD THE CONVERSATION BEFORE GOING ANY FURTHER IN TO IT.BUT YEA HE DIDN’T BOTHER TO LOOK THROUGH NOTES OR REVIEW THE ISSUE BEFORE CALLING DUSTIN TO JUST SAY WHATS THE PROBLEM? DUSTIN SAID DID NO ONE TALK TO YOU ON WHATS GOING ON OR GIVE YOU THE NOTES FROM YESTERDAY? THE GUY SAID NOPE DIDN’T READ OR TALK TO ANYONE SO WHATS THE PROBLEM? HE THEN GOES INTO THE STORY ALL OVER AGAIN AND THE WHOLE TIME HES BEING TREATED LIKE A NO ONE AND THAT HIS SITUATION DOESN’T MATTER…IT WAS A BUSY MONDAY NIGHT WITH KIDS SPORTS AND HOMEWORK AND LONG DAYS FOR BOTH OF US BEING TWO BUSY FULL TIME WORKING PARENTS AND TRYING TO FEED THEM BEFORE THEIR SHOWERS AND BEDTIME. THE WHOLE DEAL WAS JUST SUCH AN INCONVEINCE.WE THEN ORDER FROM DOMINOES AND HAD A LEGIT TRACKER AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS ALWAYS AND AN ACTUAL COUNT DOWN TO YOUR FOOD! THIS UNFORTUNATELY WASN’T THE FIRST TIME WE HAD ISSUES WITH THE EMPLOYEES/MANAGER AT THIS STORE BUT IT WASN’T ANYTHING LIKE A FLAT ASS LIE THEY TRIED TO SELL TO US!!! MORAL OF THE STORY DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY SOMEWHERE THAT LACK IN CUSTOMER SKILLS TRAINING AND JUST CALL DOMINOES! Read moreI gotta say, I’ve worked a lot of Pizza Huts before I got into my current job and this area is by far the worst. It all started out when they promised to transfer to another store location and lied about it. As soon as I was out the door, it was like nobody knew who I was. I requested a transfer because my General Manager was always making me stay later to service customers after hours and it did not work with my schedule nor did I find it acceptable. The GM told me I was setup for the transfer and when I went the next day, he said come back later after I filled out an application and he had no knowledge of my transfer. I submitted the application and returned to not be contacted after they said they would let me know once they received it on their end and when the GM wasnt busy. Long story short…. he never reached out so I moved on. Years later, I needed to get into my account to access my W2 which required a password, I clicked forgot and it required a user which I also did not have and lastly, it asked for a store number. After looking for the store for some time, I figured out which location it was and called to get the store number and the Area Manager Robin picked up the phone and asked who I was. I didn’t have a good experience with them and told her I was a previous employee and I just needed the store number. Robin proceeded to tell me she didn’t need to give me the information because I wouldn’t tell her my name and when I informed her it was public information, she hung up on me. Although she didn’t need to give me the information, she could have been more professional about it from the start. I called a different GM for Pizza Hut and he confirmed that it was an easy matter and she was being difficult and that it was completely legal even though she was telling me she could not and would not provide it. I called a different location and she was happy to help out and provide it or find out any answers i requested and it was beautiful to see because you can definitely tell when people have been in their job too long and this is one of those situations I had to deal with. She even had the District Manager reach out to me and meant it for once (I very much appreciated this gesture and it actually made me calm down a bit). Unfortunately, from the tone of the district managers voice, he just wanted to get off the phone with me and only took the call because it was considered a complaint. I sincerely believe (although I could be wrong… doubtfully) he had no intention of solving the problem or even informing her about the situation (prolly padded her on the back and said don’t worry about it. If you think I’m joking, I’m not) When you travel to Pizza Hut or work at a Pizza Hut in this location, you can expect problematic antics from all directions and a maze of people who don’t care about their job anymore. I asked a simple question with no anger or animosity and explained that I was a previous employee and expressed my concern on not disclosing who I am and because of my previous experience in the lies I was told about being transferred from one Pizza Hut to another, I do not and will not feel comfortable exposing my information to people who lack professionalism. I got hung up on and thrown into a rigamarole. No she did not have to answer my question but if you are being paid I expect some level of professionalism. I will be cancelling any and all investments, accounts or anything supporting Pizza Hut and their brand. Furthermore, I will share this information with any further investors or customers who have a false notion of how Pizza Hut is ran in this area. If you or anyone you love is thinking about applying, avoid these locations because it is a family of lazy individuals who only work themselves and have no goals ahead. Read moreZERO stars!!!! I only added one because Google won’t allow me to post this review without one. Poor customer service from David who answered the phone! I placed a $60 order online which shows it was received at 7:33pm! My email confirmation said that our pizza would arrive by 8:10pm. At 8:09pm I received a tracker alert that our pizzas were out for delivery. At 8:50pm I called to store to check on our order and was told that they had several carry out orders and our order had gotten mixed up but should be delivered any minute. I was calm and understanding at that time, mixups happen it’s just apart of life. Much more time passed and still no pizza!!! I called back spoke with David and he could care less about anything!!! He was rude and not caring of the fact that my card was charged immediately for our $60 pizza order but here it was two hours later and we still hadn’t received our order. I expressed that our food has been out for delivery for over an hour so it would no longer be fresh! Again David did not care. Our four pizzas and order of cheese sticks has finally arrived. My starving family had no other choice but to consume the most awful…old and cold as can be pizzas ever. I’ve tried calling back to the store to request a full refund but they are sending my calls straight to holding. I will go online to find the corporate information since the local store refuses to give me the information I need. This is beyond unacceptable and ridiculous! I am so disappointed….
