Aug 25, 2021 @ 3:40. Place the GrubHub order to this place for 10 spicy buffalo bone-in wings, extra crispy with ranch, fried and Sprite. Also got a cookie and a yeast roll which ended up being the better part of the meal. Five of the bone-in wings weren't even crispy and barely done. The other five we're just boneless buffalo wings that look like they may have been sitting under the heat lamp a little too long. No Sprite and no Ranch as well. Management if you're reading this, it may be time to do some type of corrective food service training or maybe take a better look at your hiring process. But anyway I'm not trying to bash anybody. More concerned about a business serving undercooked chicken.

Update it is currently September 1st it's been five whole days since I reached out to Cameron from Wing Boss with my receipt and additional information. I have received no contact or any attempt to make the situation right. It seems like they're just going for the appearance of good customer service and feedback. Just arrived in town and ordered a late lunch of chicken wings with parmesan garlic sauce and fries via UberEats. Order got to the hotel quick, and it turned out to be a half an order of overcooked (burnt) fries, and chicken tenders that looks like they've been under the heat lamp too long. Got a small cup of what I'm guessing is garlic sauce to dip the cold tenders in. Sad, I guess this is how they stay in business, fooling first time tourists like me. This is what they are selling as chicken tenders, more like cheap chicken patties cut in half, didn't have the decency to try to make it look like tenders. I guess you cannot using cheap imitation.
