Sipango Lounge — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Bartender shown in the picture was very rude to me & my friends. I don’t know if she didn’t like that there was other females in the bar getting the attention away from her obvious fake breasts but poor customer service. I wrote it on my ticket while signing & tipping. “Learn customer service”, being in the service industry, I would go back to make it better in any possible way. She threw a lime at me. Slammed a corona down splashing me in my face. I threw the lime back at her, she continued to grab her tip jar acting like she was going to hit me with it. I got kicked out of course, after asking the manager to look at the cameras. He was screaming, wouldn’t listen to a word. Man handled the bartender because he couldn’t get her under control. Reassured me I wouldn’t pay for the two shots & beer I couldn’t drink because of this crazy & still got charged for the next day OF COURSE. Two separate customers try to vouch they seen what happened. He didn’t care, by the way he grabbed her, doesn’t look like the first time something like this happened. Poor management. I love this bar so much and have NEVER had any issues but this past Monday, I had a situation I'm not too pleased with. I came in with my friend and we had separate tabs. I noticed two charges on my credit card when I only had one drink. Long story short, my friends card got declined and Cassidy ran it on my card but without letting us know the situation. She even gave the receipt to my friend to sign like her card had gone through with no issues. It wouldn't have been an issue to put it on my card as my best friend and I do this all the time when one of is in a bind, but we were not made aware. That extra charge caused me to overcharge in my account. That may be illegal as well, so just a heads up to the bartenders to make your customers aware of situations like this and not sneak and do what she did. The manager/owner helped me resolve this and I'm very grateful but I know my friend wouldn't tell the bartender to do it without asking me if it was okay first. ★★☆☆☆ – Disappointing Experience Due to Staff Behavior

I really want to like this bar — it has potential, and the atmosphere can be fun, especially with the competitive games like darts. Unfortunately, the experience is soured by the bouncer’s behavior. During my visit, I watched multiple patrons get cut off and removed for being “too drunk,” even though they were simply engaged in the games and not visibly out of control.

What made it especially frustrating was seeing the same bouncer casually hit a weed vape moments later. It’s hard to take the enforcement of rules seriously when the staff themselves are engaging in questionable behavior right outside the door.

If the bar is going to be strict about intoxication, there should be consistency — and professionalism — from everyone involved. Until that changes, it’s hard to...
