Stella Nova Coffee — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I have been a customer for years and consistently several times in a week. Today I stopped by to get a medium hot chai latte on the drive-through which was a long wait (unusual for that time of the day). Within 2 mins I opened my chai latte to find half a cup and was grossly disappointed as I felt short-changed. I typically don't open my drinks and wondered for how long (I had a similar experience last year and brushed it off) that I have been served half a cup for a full cup payment, in this case $6. I did return to show them and expressed my disappointment. The lady at the counter was apologetic and kind enough to re-make another. It still doesn't deal with the issue of trust as I see other reviews complain of half drinks. If you can, please check your drinks. Stellanova isn't cheap and I expected better in terms of integrity. Starbucks is cheaper but we like to support local chains hence going to Stellanova so often. Having this experience will put me in check on where I spend my money and loyalty. Till date, I may have spent thousands in $ just as a loyal customer for years. I don't have time to keep checking if I got what I paid for. And this isn't the first time. My Americano was was great. My wife’s Latte was quite possibly the worst latte ever. It tasted burnt and bitter. I almost wonder if a previously used charge was toasted and sent thru the expression machine again

5/9/2023 I lowered the score on this review. Stella Nova followed up promptly after this review to say that it sounded like she got a dead shot and they wanted to make it right. I supplied the requested information and never heard back rom them. I guess Stella Nova maybe is owned by Alec Baldwin because they served a dead shot and got y with.

I really like this coffee shop and their drinks and coffee and good are really great. Everyone is friendly and conversant and helpful and I would really love to come here routinely.....but their internet connection sucks. Routinely less than 5MB per second, routinely drops or won’t connect. Staff try to help when they can, but the truth is the ownership just needs to invest in the infrastructure. If I can get 80+MB/s at my house for less than $100/month, Stella can do better. It’s 2018, not 1995. 5-10MB/s is just not enough.
