K&N Interior Consignment — Local services in Oklahoma City

DO NOT SHOP HERE--paid for a sofa and was called 4 hours later saying that sold it to a 2nd buyer and that we would not be receiving the sofa which WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR.

We purchased a sofa from this store and 2 hours later, the store called us and said the sofa was not ours and that they were voiding our credit card. Apparently, someone had come into the store before us, liked the sofa but did not pay for it but went back in the store 4 hours laters (after we had already bought the sofa) and bought it--4 hours later. The owner called us and VERY RUDELY told us they sold the sofa to a 2nd buyer and that they would be voiding our credit card. When I asked him why should the 2nd buyer be able to purchase the soda since we ALREADY PAID FOR IT the owner quickly responded that he has no problem voiding my credit card. I told him that this was extremely bad customer service, at which point he mocked me saying "o what-you're going to tell...

Prices for the ore-owned items reflect the fact that when brand new-.nearly everything in this store probably took months to arrive, was custom ordered, and typically sold for 5 to 10 times the price you see in their sales ticket. The items are consignment- so the seller of the furniture is usually setting the price. If you’d like to have quality, high end pieces, that will last decades, but spend a fraction of the original purchase price and not have to wait 6 months - then this is the place to go. The owners have exceptional taste and their customer service is excellent. This isn’t a thrift store or even a “used furniture“ store … the owner’s can custom order high end furniture for you, re- upholster, design and create custom bedding and window coverings. I am not one to write reviews; however, I feel that prospective customers need to be aware of what to expect when ordering custom fabric projects through K&N. I purchased custom drapes from them and am extremely disappointed with their client relations, customer service, and communication. After being ridiculed by the owner, accused of being dishonest by employees (and the owner), named called, and hung up on I would suggest utilizing another drapery business elsewhere.
