Mosaic — Local services in Oklahoma City

Stopped by since it's near my home looking for a good dispensary. They seemed every nice the product seemed great. The man I spoke with was outstanding AND TOLD ME ABOUT THE $135 OZ AND SAID I GET 10% OFF MY FIRST TIME....SAID IT WOULD BE ABOUT $130 AWESOME SOLD..... THE LADY WHO WAS CHECKING ME OUT WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE THE WHOLE TIME .. I GOT THE $135 OZ AS WELL AS A $40 BUNDLE OF PRE ROLLS. MY TOTAL WAS $171.00 WITH MY 10% DISCOUNT.. I WAS HEADING HOME FROM WORK SO I WASN'T PAYING ATTENTION. I never got my receipt. When I got home I did the math and $130 is not 10% off of $135. That would be $121.50. So I called and apparently the 10% is not included in the $135 oz. So I supposably got only 10% off the $40 prerolls I got.. I called and was told him was wrong and made a mistake but she was right there. She could have said something . She said I can come back tomorrow and she can give me the correct money back but they can keep it. I definitely won't be back.... Pocket the extra for a tip? I tipped to 😆 not professional at all.

I definitely understand that and that's great I did not walk in and ask for a discount I was offered a discount for that ounce they offered it to me I did not ask... And then they screwed me...

I called Mosaic just now looking to confirm inventory so I could purchase Synergy hash caps, I love the Synergy time release capsules(picture attached), they’re amazing! When I hit the call button I noticed (on weedmaps) that Mosaic supports the Black Community. So when the young lady answered the phone, I asked her how Mosaic supports the black community. Her answer, “Are you just calling to ask dumb questions or do you want product?” I replied that I was serious in knowing what Mosiac does to support the black community. She then said that they will sell to anyone in the “LBGT” community and everyone no matter their race or religion. I then asked again, ‘I understand that you’ll take everyone’s money but how does Mosaic support the black community?” She repeated the reply again “Are you going to just ask dumb questions?” I answered that if a business says that they’re supporting the black community publicly, then I need to know how, because I’m not going to shop at a store that says they’re supporting a community strictly for financial gain without helping anyone but themselves. Using someone’s oppression for your profit isn’t the best move for a business...

Forgot the name of the man who helped me, believe he told me he was the manager or a manager. He helped me find some great hash rosin & edibles. He was very helpful & knowledgeable & treated me with excellent customer service. I left a happy customer.

I also love their first timer discounts, which work on your first 3 visits! & their weekly special deals are hard to beat. Even their regular prices are equal to or better than other places.

& they have a huge selection of flower, a decent selection of concentrates, rosin, hash & edibles.

Also love their customer friendly point/ reward system & sales. Little to no wait (normally). This place is really for the customer. I will be back for sure.

Thanks again to the male manager who helped me today grab some larf rosin. Very helpful! He left a very good impression on me & made my experience wonderful. Wish all budtenders were like this guy. Mosaic should probably give him a raise
