I had a interview with this location yesterday at 1:30pm but got early about 12:46 pm and I drove all the way from Dallas Texas to this interview I moved to Oklahoma City yesterday just wanted to have a job already when I got here so when I get there there was a one lady that came out and asked me if I needed help and I told her that I was here for a interview so she told me to hold on so I say about 5 mins later this other lady came out and said that she doesn't have time to interview so I asked to speak to the manager and she was like I'm the manager then turns around and go back in the build that was very disrespectful and rude and then the same young that help me the first time came back out and I ask for the number to call back up there she give me the wrong number it was to a Wendy's so I googled that sonic i called up there and nobody answered the phone if the management team couldn't interview me that day they could have picked up the phone and have the decency to let me know that that was very unprofessional on there part I have worked for Sonic for 10 years and haven't seen nothing like that that's why they short handed cause they disrespect...
Read moreWould give no stars, if allowed. Recently have picked up footlong chili cheese coneys, several times. Each time, very little-barely- chili or cheese on each order. The next time I ordered I stated we'd actually like chili and cheese on our footlong chili cheese coneys, and explained past experiences (of barely receiving chili, cheese on orders). The person taking my order, whom said she was the manager, didn't apologize or offer any insight into my concerns but just repeated back to me that I wanted chili and cheese on our footlong chili cheese coneys....imagine my outrage, arriving home to find that she'd charged me DOUBLE for additional chili and cheese (which still did not resemble the former footlong chili cheese coneys of the past)!! I will certainly not utilize this site again, and have shared my experiences with friends. Obviously, either the quality/food choice has changed here, as has the management. They definitely need some training re customer service, as well as what proper food offerings should consist of (false advertising as it stands now!!!). Read morePulled in, did my mobile order for three drinks, one of which was plain water and ice, the other was a soda and the third was a lemonade. I’m waiting for about five minutes and i’m the only one in the lot. The screen then flashes “(name) will be right out!” With my order.
I wait. Nothing. Then another car pulls up directly next to me, verbally orders through the speaker, and waits. I’m still waiting for my drinks.
Within three minutes the car hop is coming out to give this new car their order of eight drinks. At this point i had waited at least another five minutes for my drinks, i push the button and say “hi! The screen said (name) would be out and we still havent gotten our drinks…” and the manager, in a clearly irritated and snotty tone, says “yes, she got backlogged. Once she gets your order together she will be right out.”
The drinks were fine, the sonic felt like a normal sonic, but the management was awful. I don’t think it was the teenage car hop’s fault for not prioritizing but the managers. We were there fifteen minutes for the above drinks. There wasn’t even ice...
