Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I ordered onion rings and they sent the onion rings (burnt) over cooked.I ask that they make another order of onion rings and then I was sent under cooked onion rings. I suggest that Sonic stop serving customers food items they wouldn't eat.Also Sonic is always serving cold French fries who???wants to pay for cold French fries CUT IT OUT!! I shouldn't have ask for fresh French fries and don't burn the onion rings ridiculous SMH Every Sonic that I visit serves cold French fries (I just dont order french fries anymore).The location for the burnt onion rings was on Memorial.Sonic needs to focus- go back to the drawing board on how they serve their French 🍟 fries to customers before you send out an order of anything ask yourself would you like to eat those cold or burnt food item(s).Sonic!Get it your act together...

I've tried getting food and drinks from this location a few times and every time they mess something up. On my last visit I ordered a 3 piece chicken finger box with onion rings and a oreo shake with chocolate funnel, and a double bacon cheese burger meal with onion rings and a oreo shake with caramel funnel.

I received 2 oreo shakes with caramel funnel, one only being half full with whipped topping on it making it look full, the burger was not at all correct ended up with some bbq toast burger thing (not sure what it was, but not what we ordered) and the onion rings were soggy and tasted old.

Great food made while you wait. Great diet and sugar free options You would think someone in marketing would put a menu on both sides of the parking slot so the driver doesn’t have to always read the menu. I only go by myself because of that. As a marketing business, I’ve mentioned the double menu idea to friends over the years and everyone thinks it would solve the ordering problem. I use it as an example of businesses not going through the ordering process except at corporate. Definitely increase orders with everyone in the vehicle looking at all the options.
