Nicole and Milan at the Memorial location were very knowledgeable and helpful while I asked many many questions! Nicole was very patient and answered all my questions as needed. I felt like family and I am definitely a fan and new customer! Not just because of the juice and the all organic healthy style of the customer service I recieved as I walked through the door! It literally lifted my spirits! The joys of People helping people and educating about their passion! While I was there 3 other customers came in and they were Happy regulars because they called the ladies out by name I thought it was someone I knew because my name is DaCole! Lol Each lady gave me their choices they usually get and of course I got MY Organic glass and Nicole put my Skincare Smoothie in it, detox Rainbow salad, peanut butter protein bites, vegan chocolate almond butter bar!! I recently visited Organic Squeeze, and I can’t say enough about how amazing the experience was. The smoothies are absolutely delicious, made from high-quality, organic ingredients that taste as fresh as they are healthy. You can tell each blend is crafted with care and designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated and energized.

But what truly stood out is the service. Rachel and Nicole are always exceptional – warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about all the products. They took the time to ask about my preferences, offered great suggestions, and made sure I had exactly what I was looking for. This is Nicole. She's the #manager at the #local #organic smoothie shop I frequent. Nicole is crushing it at #CustomerService and #Leadership.

Nicole is intentional to use each customer's name, so they feel seen and valued. (Which doesnt have to be all from memory. She pays attention... to the name on the credit card or loyalty account.)

Nicole balances being efficient and warm. Nicole is intentional tomake a memorable comment, asks a question, or references the customer's previous order, so they feel seen and connected.

Nicole is extending her influence by collaborating with other managers and staff at the two other locations.
