I was there New Years day at around 9am. They were not busy and appeared to be well staffed. My order came out in an acceptable time frame but my food was not very hot and my eggs were over cooked. The only time I saw my waitress is when she took my order, when she brought my food out and then almost immediately brought my bill out. I needed but was never offered a drink refill and got only one small paper napkin and would have liked another one. My final interaction with my waitress was when paying. She came and picked up my debit card then upon returning put my bill and debit card on another customer's table. I noticed what she did and said "excuse me" and pointed to my card, she then brought it to my table. Thank goodness it was placed on a table I could see, what if she would have given my debit card to someone who would have walked out with it? I will not be returning to this IHOP and will not recommend...
Read moreMy family and I have been going to this sonic for years and over those years we have had some really bad experiences but some good as well. Today was an very horrible experience!! Our food was cold and I literally stay less than 3 minutes away. My fries, chili, and cheese were cold and stale like they were cook yesterday and they served them this morning. The burgers were cold as hell as well. Along with that the burger orders were mixed up as well. The shake I ordered wasn't done correctly as usual, we asked for it to be thick and it was funny. We asked for no toppings and it appeared that they realized it after the fact and scooped it off. It wasn't even mixed properly as well. Read moreThis is my worstest experience from a sonic in my whole life... not only did I already wait 20 to 30 mins to received my food once I received my food. I sent in card/cash payment cash payment was 2.21. Greg came back stating he can't do partial payment and that his manager Austin said he needed the food back then kept my money/ card then return to the car stating he couldn't do the payment he don't know how to do it on the system for partial payment, then Austin made a call then had Greg return to the car stating he was going to remake my food fresh after being there already almost a hr by now and that they'll give it to me for free.... to come tomorrow to speak to the gm. To the gm you need to retrain Austin on customer service and the system... I will never be returning to this sonic ever again. Honestly scared to eat the food hoping he didn't do...
