If I could give these guys a 0 star rating, I would. I originally took my phone in for a cracked screen, and they fixed it a couple of hours later. About 2 days after the repair, the screen completely stopped working, and I was not able to even unlock my phone. I called the store and talked to, who they say is, the owner to set an appointment up. The guy assured me that an appointment would not be necessary, and that he would have it replaced about an hour after drop off. I drop the phone off to him and he tells me that there were 3 phones ahead of mine, and he hoped to get mine taken care of that night. I asked him why would it take so long, since I was promised to have my phone fixed in an hour over the phone. Needless to say, it took three and a half hours of waiting for him to let me know that I now had a "motherboard issue", and he wanted to keep my phone overnight. He wanted to charge me a "discounted rate" of another $30-40 to see if he could fix the issue. I explained to him that I already had a phone that I could have turned on in place of it, and I wanted to return the part and get my money back. He told me no returns were allowed, because the "damage" in my phone happened after the repair they did. Only real question is how do you damage a motherboard inside the phone if you do not open the phone? He ended up keeping the phone over night, and I came back the next evening to pick it up. When I arrived, the phone was in about 6 different pieces on their table, and they told me that "Nobody has had a chance to look at it yet". I demanded that they put the phone together, and that they went ahead and keep the part and gave me back my money. They still refused and told me that they couldn't give me the phone back in that condition. I ended up having my dad come in, and threaten to sue the store to get anything done to the phone. The owner assured my dad that he would be at the store first thing in the morning, and he would try and fix the issue, or give me a "partial refund". Push came to shove and they wanted to try and keep my phone for about another 3-4 days before they would let me know about the status of it. I got my phone back (someone elses broken screen on it) and the partial (half money back) refund that was promised. I don't trust these guys, and I wouldn't want anybody to go...

I came here for a screen and battery replacement. It was my second visit to this locationâthe first time went smoothly, and the technician then did a great job. This time, however, the experience was a complete disaster from start to finish.
Right away, I noticed the original technician wasn't there. When I asked about him, the person working casually replied, "Oh, that guy was trash, we fired him." I found that incredibly unprofessional, especially since that âtrashâ technician had actually done a great job on my phone previously. That comment should have been my warning sign to leave, but unfortunately, I decided to give them another chance. That was a huge mistake.
I stressed to them how important my phone wasâitâs tied to multiple authentication apps I rely on for work and personal security. The tech assured me it wouldnât take long. Then I heard nothing. No updates, no calls. I tried calling them multiple times over several daysâno answer. So I had to physically drive back after work just to find out they still hadnât diagnosed the issue.
This cycle continued: no calls, no answers, and multiple trips back to the shop. When I finally did get my phone back, I paid (and even tipped them 40%)âonly to find out once I got home that the display was flickering. I hoped it was a glitch and set my alarm for the next day, but when the alarm went off, the screen wouldnât even turn on, meaning I couldnât disable the alarm at all.
Back to the shop again. They reopened the phone and said theyâd look into it. More silence, more dodged calls. Eventually, someone tells me the battery isnât charging anymore. Again, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After three weeks of this, I was finally told the motherboard is now damagedâmeaning I went from needing a screen and battery replacement to now having a completely unusable phone.
This experience was infuriating. I wasted so much time, made multiple trips, and trusted them with a working (though damaged) phone that ended up worse off than when I dropped it off.
If you value your time, money, and sanityâstay far away...
Read moreSo I got a battery here a few months ago and it wasn't charging right, nbd they changed it for me. When the owner gave my phone back he informed me it has touch disease and needs something soldered and it'll be fine (again NBD its an older phone but i never had any issues before this) so i bring it back a few days later after i get paid and they "fix it" about a half hour into using it the screen starts going crazy and i cant even use it so i bring it back and they "fix" it again. This time its WAY worse so i come back, i get there two hours before close and the owner is leaving for the day. He tells me he's the only one that can do that repair so i bring it back again the next day. When i bring it in the owner is there, then when the other guy gets there and the owner leaves, telling me "he's working on it for you" a few minutes after that the other guy comes out with an attitude and tells me they cant fix it, also my screen is now broken, and tries to sell me a different phone. No $108 credit toward the other phone and no refund. I leave and go to a different phone repair place over there and they took my phone apart in front of me. Showed me where it was missing multiple screws and some battery clip or something and there was no evidence of anyone even trying to fix some chip in there. So i bring it back AGAIN and tell the guy that and he tries to tell me that he can put them back in. Why would you give my phone back when you didn't even finish putting it together? _This is when i remember the owner saying he was the only one that can do that repair yesterday) So he does then hands me back my phone, my phone that was in perfect working order other than not holding a charge as long as it used to when i brought it to them. To being out $160, almost a tank of gas driving back and forth to their store and now i cant use my phone at all. Still no refund even when i busted y'all screwing me over. I should have known better than to come too some hustler store in the first place, tho. My fault...
