Horrible horrible customer service at this location. I order a grande caramel crunch frappe and when they handed it to me it was not blended as you could see whip cream consuming the entire bottom half of the cup and I did NOT ask for extra whip cream or any other customization’s. I asked Matt could he have my drink blended and he instead argued me down that it was indeed blended and that is how they come which is not true because I come often and get the same drink and it has NEVER been made like that. So instead of arguing back with your rude employee that thought that was okay in the first place I asked for a refund and gave the drink back so Matt can drink it since it’s made they way Matt likes! Also, when I initially got to the drive thru window, I was handed the incorrect drink and I relayed this information to Matt and gave the drink back in which he attempted to again argue me down that it was indeed my drink. I had to pull my order up in the app to prove him wrong which is ridiculous! I don’t know if he doesn’t like people of color or just has a problem with me but he should find another job where he is not interacting with customers since he doesn’t appear to have the proper attitude for it. After other employees confirmed there were 2 orders with the same name he never even apologized. Smh. Get it together Starbucks. I’m also taking this complaint to corporate. Also, that is very sickening that you gave me the wrong drink, took it back through the window and handed it to the next customer! I sat there and watched you Matt. Just Ew! Read moreI have visited this Starbucks a handful of times since my business is next to it. Training on customer service and listening skills is a must at this location. I also asked questions about the app and nobody has training on that either. I had to repeat my order 3 times for 3 venti caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccinos with a blonde shot in each. Clearly you could see the blonde shot was not added and you could taste it was not added, but I was charged. I thought I would give them another try, so I went this morning and ordered a grande brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with 2 pumps of chestnut praline syrup. When I arrived at the window to have my app scanned it appeared to bother the female employee as she shoved the credit card machine almost through my car window at the window and I said I need my app scanned, then she scanned my app as she rolled her eyes and I put my card in the machine and she jerked it away, then said it was pulled out to early to enter it again. I entered it again and she then pulled my card out and said here. I asked her for my receipt, she said here. I asked her for a straw and she said here. She was rudely dismissive and very distracted talking to someone else, but in any response she provided it was unprofessional. I asked for the manager and she said I am the manager. Read moreI am a regular at this location, I have NEVER received bad service, I have been greeted by friendly employees who are always patient with me and I have never recieved my order wrong. I read a comment from a lady berating my absolutely favorite employee in the whole store! Maddie is a huge reason I go back daily! She always has a smile on her face and is always so kind! Being a manager is absolutely her strong point as I have personally seen her be so helpful to other employees as well as patrons. I feel like some Karen’s on here maybe should stick to their own coffee pots because clearly they have no idea how to be in a public setting without being judgemental. Let’s not forget sometimes this location is super busy, and sometimes managers are pulled in 1000 different directions.
