I had the most amazing experience at Starbucks today, all thanks to the fantastic baristas, Brooks and Connor. They truly went above and beyond to make my drink exceptional. I ordered my usual, a caramel macchiato, and not only did they craft it perfectly, but they added their own special touch to it. The caramel drizzle was expertly swirled, creating a beautiful and delicious masterpiece. It was clear that they took great care and pride in their work. What truly stood out was the exceptional service they provided. Their friendly and welcoming demeanor made my visit to Starbucks feel like more than just a coffee run; it felt like a special experience. They took the time to chat with me, ask about my day, and make sure I was satisfied with my drink. Read moreThe absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to. No care goes into making the drinks. We go because it’s convenient, but will not be going here anymore. Every single time there is something wrong with my order. And they’re rude when you try to tell them it’s made wrong. For example, not a single person here knows how to make the Iced Honey Apple Almondmilk Flat White. Have ordered 6/7 times, and has not been made right a single time. Even the “corrected” one is wrong. They never put the cold foam on it. Today they made it hot.. there’s not even a hot version of the drink that I know of? When I asked them to remake it, it was still wrong.
The service is also consistently bad and/or very slow.

Today was my birthday and everything had been going wrong. The orchard we were going to pick fruit from had closed and we only found out after an hour drive, the restaurant we had been planning to go to was closed but only today for some reason, so I went to get a coffee for my birthday but the reward didn’t show up in the app like it had done every year the past 5 or so years. He scanned my phone and it didn’t give the birthday reward, I was so bummed. He was still cheerful and checked my ID instead, saw it was my birthday and gave me the coffee anyways.
