I ordered on GrubHub. I did not get my cheese bread so I called the store and the number never rang, it was just dead air. I called the Edmond location and the guy that answered was extremely rude. I explained I was missing the bread from my order, he asked my name and put me on hold. A few minutes go by and get answered as if the phone was ringing. I told him the story again. He told me to call that store. I explained the number was not ringing at all. He told me he was going to call and put me on hold. He came back and said the number worked and they are not taking any orders as they are busy. I said I'm not placing an order I would like my money back or the cheesy bread delivered. He then started arguing with me. I hung up and called the NW 23rd location and the guy was nicer that answered. But I did go to explain my story and he already knew about it before I said anything. He interrupted me and said oh it was the cheesy bread you were missing. (I had not told him that yet) . I heard the first guy I talked to in the background, this is how the guy already knew my story. The guy took my name and what card I used so he could refund me. It has not happened. I went on grubhub and reported the missing item and got refunded immediately. Read moreIf I could I would give this establishment a negative 100 stars. As soon as I walked in I noticed three guys to the left who were sitting down I thought they were possibly waiting for food. I went to pay for my food and pulled out cash one of the guys started saying and I quote, Hey sir Hey sir and kept annoying me. Once I got my change and my food I been turned around and he said again Hey sir could I get at least a dollar? I reply back no I'm not going to give you a dollar.
My whole point is I do not approve and I'm sure everyone else who comes inside to purchase food, soliciting while I am trying to purchase something from y'all while it's inside your establishment. I have never been to 7-Eleven, Walmart, Target, or any other place and where they allowed inside soliciting inside their store. So whoever owns this store or is the manager I would highly recommend you find out everyone's name who work tonight on September 6th 2020. Read moreWorst customer service. I’ve placed an order online for food here. After waiting an hour I called to check on the order. A woman answered the phone asked me my name, address and number, I answered, then she said it just left the door will be at my place in 10-15 minutes. After 30 minutes I called again for a manager ‘David’ to be told my order never came through to them but it was processed online. Asked for compensation was only offered a 2 liter coke. Said I wanted my food and refund for the 18 wings that he said will be another 20-30 minutes to make. He said okay he has to call corporate and authorize a refund but will take 48 hours to get back. 30 minutes later called for number to corporate to be told there isn’t a corporate but gave me a number to the Edmond location. He should be fired if this is what is to be expected from a leader in the family business. Oh, and still no food...
