I had an overall positive experience with Quail Creek Bank. However, I must highlight a significant concern that arose during my visit yesterday morning. Upon attempting to deposit a check, I was informed that my account had been closed, which I was unaware of at the time.
While a staff member courteously explained the potential reasons for the account closure and the unlikelihood of reopening it, which I accepted, the situation quickly became problematic. The staff member consulted with an officer who handles disputes, and this is where my experience took a turn for the worse.
I must strongly emphasize my dissatisfaction with how my personal financial matters were then discussed. The officer spoke about my situation loudly and assertively in the middle of the lobby, which I found highly inappropriate and unprofessional. The volume and tone were such that even my guest, standing at a considerable distance, could hear the details being discussed.
This public airing of my private financial matters was not only personally belittling but also deeply disrespectful. When I requested to speak in private – a request that should have been unnecessary given the sensitive nature of the discussion – the damage to my character and privacy had already been done.
While the situation was explained to me again in a private office, this does not negate the initial breach of confidentiality and professionalism. I cannot stress enough how important it is for financial institutions to handle client matters with discretion and respect, regardless of the circumstances.
In conclusion, while my overall experience with Quail Creek Bank has been positive, this incident has significantly impacted my perception of the bank's commitment to client privacy and professional conduct. Read moreI have been a customer of QCB since 1980, and my husband joined me in 1988 as a customer after we were married. . We have been more than satisfied with the service of this bank. Any interaction between us and the employees of the bank has been a positive experience. Therefore, we have continued to be loyal customers, and would not even consider changing our bank to another institution. Wes and are 65 years old and feel sooo fortunate to have found a bank that we have trusted and believed in their mantra of keeping their “customer satisfaction” of upmost importance. We are certainly happy with the consistency of their “ excellence” in the service we have and are currently, receiving on a consistent basis over 40 years. We are looking forward to continuing our relationship with QCB for many years to come.

Read moreHad been a customer for a couple years. Was charged $24.99 by Experian on my debit card. I went in to let them know that it was fraudulent activity since I didn’t authorize it or request it. To my surprise I was treated as if I was lying about it and they didn’t want to file a fraudulent activity claim. At that point it became clear that my money wasn’t safe at this bank and moved it elsewhere.

I called the bank on Friday Aug 7th to see if they could give me an update with no avail. I was transferred a few times and left a message but no one has returned my call.
