City Bites — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

The food we did get was amazing…HOWEVER, the service we received when our Door Dash order was shorted HALF of the $45 order is embarrassing to say the least… Instead of the manager replacing the food that had not been delivered we were basically told it was our problem and to take it up with Door dash when the Dasher had delivered what he had been given per pictures that were sent… The part of the order missing is clearly listed on our receipt… I have attempted to reach the area manager but assume with the holiday weekend he’s unavailable so I will be contacting him again on Tues as paying $45 for food and only receiving $20 of it is not goin to be let go! The manager on duty today would never work for me as I do not employ managers wo Service skills to know that it doesn’t matter who’s at the fault you take care of your paying customers because they are ultimately who are paying your paychecks! Can you guess what is in the picture? I got this for myself and my son laughed so hard when he opened this to check for his food. I guess I have City Bites to thank for that at least, you made my teen laugh which is hard to do these days. The last time I got what is pictured below it was open faced with the outside crust facing up, cheese melted over that and it was cut like a pizza. It’s a grilled cheese. I’ll just skip that from now on and take a break from here for a while. I have eaten here a ton in the past and for the most part it’s consistent, obviously the 2 grilled cheese issues and then a couple baked potato issues but overall not bad when it’s a good day. After being told to hold on while placing my order in the drive thru I proceeded to wait 5 minutes before she tried to take my order. After I finally get my order taken I then patiently waited in line for 15 minutes while the one car waiting in front of me waiting on their two sandwiches. By then the car behind me had already went around me and almost hit me in the Drive-Thru because they were had to wait too long. Once I got to the window she informed me that she did not hear my order and hasn't even started on it. There's no reason it should take 35 minutes to complete an order in a Drive-Thru or to have somebody with no customer service.
