HTeaO - OKC (Western & 49th) — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

After reading other reviews and just experiencing it myself, this location clearly has a problem employee(s). I was the only customer inside, patiently waiting for an employee to help me, and was then approached and asked if I had rewards, then asked if I had the app. I replied “no, but I do have the phone number for the rewards”. (This is because my boyfriend has a rewards accounts and buys tea for all of his employees every single working day at the Moore location and he has the app on his phone). The female employee’s reply to me was her rolling her eyes and looking around rudely. I replied “Nevermind, I will just go ahead & pay”. Once I was paid in full, I proceeded to inform her (with no other employees around) that she really should not do that. I proceeded to share that The rolling the eyes and treating people like she did was and is extremely disrespectful. She was shocked I called her out, and she proceeded to deny and never apologized. I left and will not be returning. Like I said in the beginning, it’s clear this has happened to others and it’s unacceptable. This was the worst service iv ever had. Girl at the counter with lots of eye makeup and piercings started off extremely rude to me and was arguing with me as soon as i opened my mouth. I work at the VA and go across the street to the OU location. They serve egg bites. I asked her if they have egg bites and she rolled her eyes and said “no we don’t have egg bites. No location has egg bites.” She was very very rude in the way she said it. I responded with “the location at my work does.” And she started shaking her head and going “no they don’t. No location does. You sure about that?” Super rude and argumentative. Then she goes “well I can take it up with the district manager and let them know they are serving egg bites when they shouldn’t be.” She was too busy arguing with me to realize I had ordered a large ice coffee and instead rung me up for a small. It was all going well. I was even having a friendly conversation with another customer, and I got myself a brownie and a huge tea. I wanted to try the orange Dream Poppi. The girl who helped me was nice, but the girl in the red shirt was running around and was kind of rude. I get that she may have been busy, but the eye rolling was a bit much. Twice. Once when she tried to charge me for my drinks again, but I told her that the other girl already helped, and she scoffed, rolled her eyes, and didn't say a word to me, but said she could help the next person as she waved her down to where I was standing.
