If I could leave ZERO stars I would!! As a platinum member holder and timeshare owner with Marriott I am beyond livid and disgusted. I am actually seeking a lawyer. Spoke with the gentleman who checked us in about the room not being completely cleaned. You can tell that room was rushed through from a party as there were tacks left all over the walls and ceiling. Trash left in cans and behind the bed where chair was. Broken computer desk chair and cleaner residue left in the shower! I went to put my child in the shower and immediately slipped and fell injuring her hip. Instantly bruised and swelling. Immediately went downstairs and spoke to the front desk and advised him on the situation. He was shocked and didn’t know what to do offered ice and to speak to the manager in the morning. Let us know he one couldn’t switch us rooms as there was no where else to put us. We were stuck in a room that he assured the sheets were clean.The next day mind you we one barely got any sleep as the check in was about 11:30/midnight and checked out 8am. We spoke to another young lady as she knew what the situation was. The night agent advised her. She assured me this has never happened and that a manager would contact me immediately. No manager has called. So I try to reach out again and the agent currently at the front desk was beyond very rude and told me the manager will not be in until Tuesday now. My child was injured in your property and you at this point are ignoring the situation. I was willing to work with them on what is going on for a simple refund but now I am seeking a lawyer for my child’s injuries and filth of this property as well as the way they handled this very sensitive situation . Also not all my photos of proof are uploaded as google is not letting me provide all

Marriott needs to view these reviews and would be wise to pull their name off of it as a Marriott as quickly as possible. Until now I have been a fan of Marriott. Im not sure where people stayed that gave this place a 4 star review and above but it was not my experience.I think the people who use the bar are the only ones enjoying their stay. I stayed at the OKC Courtyard Northwest. There was no regular coffee or tea available in the room, no hairdryer, the mini fridge was frozen over. Guest trash in the area with the ice machine all day and overnight. Last but not least what looked like blood stains on the carpet. When i complained it was just oh sorry we will address it have a few loyalty points. I would not stay at this location again for free. So that being said stay at your own risk if your looking for a nice place go somewhere else. I tried to resolve my issues with customer loyalty and all they do is refer you back to the hotel management. There was a time when Marriott cared about customer satisfaction but I guess thats in the past. Sad that Marriott does not seem to care a bit about quality or customer loyalty anymore. I work too hard to spend my money with an establishment that does not care about it's customer base. Marriott only cares about it's upper crust properties which the average person can't afford. I will never stay at a Marriott again and i have booked almost exclusively with them for the last 10 years. If you have any issues they will never resolve them. Just run you in circles with no recourse, no accountability and no one cares! What happened to you Marriott your losing your way 😔

If you like strange pubes, this is the hotel for you. I’ve stayed here a couple of times & have noted a lack of care & attention to detail from the housekeeping staff both times. The first time there was some trash on the balcony & debris on the floor that made us apparent they didn’t vacuum. The last time was worse, though. The ottoman from the couch was out on the patio, which was odd, but what was worse was there was an active wasp nest with wasps swarming around that went undetected by the staff. The guy at the front desk was friendly and accommodating & gave me a different room a few doors down, but that room ended up being pretty gross. Long human hairs & more pubes than I care to recall all over the bathroom. Thank God I brought slippers—if they let that many pubes remain out in the open after they turn the room, can you imagine what’s in the carpet?? There was black mold in the ice bucket & under the rim of the sink. I’d expect this kind of stuff from a cheap motel, but the room costs almost $200. The suite was well-appointed—huge TV, nice little sofa, comfortable bed, but the lack of care from the housekeeping staff negates it all. Would not recommend this place.

Marriott needs to view these reviews and would be wise to pull their name off of it as a Marriott as quickly as possible. Until now I have been a fan of Marriott. It's unfortunate, but we felt extreme disappointment with the experience my family and I had during our recent stay at this hotel. As Platinum Elite members, we have come to expect a certain level of service and accommodation, particularly upon arrival, but our most recent visit fell far short of even the most basic expectations.

Despite our loyalty and frequent patronage, upon arrival, there was no acknowledgment of our Platinum Elite status. This lack of recognition was disheartening, to say the least. Even the lowest tier of Bonvoy hotels has treated us incredibly upon arrival, unlike this hotel.

Furthermore, the issues we encountered with our room were simply unacceptable. The fact that the door was propped open upon our arrival raised serious security concerns, particularly as I was traveling with my wife and two daughters. It was unsettling to say the least, and I had to thoroughly inspect the room before allowing our family to enter.

Moreover, the room lacked basic amenities that were advertised and expected. The absence of a microwave, despite your hotel's own promotional materials depicting otherwise, was a significant inconvenience, particularly when we had purchased food that required heating from the front desk, as the clerk should have told us afterwards. When we went back downstairs to use the microwave she made it sound like we should have known that (when, like I said, the promo photos show microwaves in the rooms). Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with hair found in both the bedding and towels.

The discrepancy in bed sizes was another frustrating aspect of our stay. We specifically booked queen beds, as we do at home, only to find that the beds provided were far from queen-sized.

Even simple requests, such as bathroom toiletries, were met with inefficiency and delay. It took a call to the front desk to have these brought to our room, which was an unnecessary inconvenience.

The lack of concern and indifference displayed by your staff when we raised these issues was perhaps the most disappointing aspect of all. Despite our efforts to bring these concerns to your attention, it was evident that our feedback fell on deaf ears.

Overall, our experience at your establishment was deeply disappointing, and it pains me to say that we will not be returning. As loyal patrons, we expected better treatment and service. It is my sincere hope that you take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve the quality of service at your...
