I have been a weekly visitor to this business and have generally had positive experiences. However, my recent visit was quite disappointing due to the behavior of the young manager on duty. Despite arriving 15 minutes early and placing my order twice this morning, my order was not ready when I came to pick it up. When I inquired about the delay, the manager rolled her eyes and refused to provide her first name, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful.
I understand that it might have been their busiest day of the year, as the owner mentioned, and I was more than willing to wait the additional time. However, the manager informed me it would be over 15 minutes longer, even though my first order had been misplaced. While I am sympathetic to busy times, there is no excuse for rudeness or a lack of gratitude toward customers.
Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning to this specific location. If this is how the young manager conducts herself in customer service, I worry about her future success in the industry. I hope the business addresses this issue to improve the customer experience...

The staff seemed to have mistaken rudeness for efficiency, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I stepped in. Their lack of courtesy and professionalism left a bitter taste in my mouth, overshadowing any enjoyment I could have had with the food.
Not only was the customer service at Sugar Llamas atrocious, but they also managed to mess up my order and due to them rushing it out, it went unnoticed by me until I already left. They wouldnt accommodate us for a meeting, and to top it off, they made unfounded assumptions about us not ordering anything before we had a chance.
