I tried a new place today for lunch. Is right by my office, so I figured it was worth the risk.

The woman taking my order did not smile, nor did she know how to count change(or they didn't have any). It is a cash only restaurant and for my change she said she didn't have the .38 and pointed to the little chicklet gums for me to take one. I really didn't want to donate .38 to them.

I ordered a beef taco salad and the overall flavor was a little bland, but the meat did taste freshly killed (which I see as a positive thing btw). The taco bowl was not as crispy as I'd like, but it was ok. They were not stingy with the portions either. The taco sauce was a lil too hot for me to enjoy.

I ordered from DoorDash and I got a crumbled up tamale that was absolutely garbage. The tacos were dry and basically they use ground beef hamburger meat. Not traditionally how you would see the taco meat in a carne asada taco. The sauce is absolutely disgusting. The red sauce is very hot but none of their sauces have good flavor . They advertised Mexican Coke and then they hand you a regular American coke with corn syrup. I also received everything cold so that was disappointing as well. Tried this place because they open pretty late. Only thing good about this place is the juices. Tried both melon and mango - refreshing. The food was awful.
