Taquitos Feliz — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I'm not going to be extreme and give a one-star rating because they could have just had a bad day. However, this was my first visit, and it wasn't a good one. First off, $50 for a taco plate, two mulita plates, and two horchatas seems pretty steep. The experience didn't start off well:

"Can I get a sope?"

"We don't have sopes today."

"Okay, can I get mulitas?"

"We don't have the regular cheese for the mulitas, only queso fresco."

"Alright, let me get a Jamaica."

"We don't have Jamaica."

"Okay, then two horchatas."

"We don’t have our normal cups, so I’ll have to give you two cups per drink."

"That’s four cups?"

"Yes."

I wasn’t expecting much after that. The carnitas were fried too hard and very dry. The mulitas were strange without the traditional cheese. On the bright side, the horchata was good—you could tell it was homemade. I might give Taquitos Feliz another try, but I doubt it. I've had better food and lower prices at regular...

I ordered over the phone and it was my first time coming here. I pull up to the drive-through to pick up my food , She tells me the total almost $18and I am surprised because the enchiladas were supposed to be 11.99 as they say online and on the menu on the drive-through. She proceeded to tell me that they changed the prices, but haven’t changed it on the menu lol that’s Almost a six dollar jump and you can’t put that on the menu? I asked if it came with chips and salsa. They proceeded to say no, but they gave me a little bit of chips and salsa. I end up getting home and the enchiladas were supposed to be steak and they were all chicken. At that point I was done and just ate it. We wandered into this place and were so glad. The lady there was very pleasant and helpful. You will not find better prices for this food of food! The aesthetic is fun and authentic. I think authenticity is the best word to describe this place as a whole. The salsa is good for those of us who don’t like spicy stuff, with some great flavors. We shared two plates. A plate of 4 street tacos, with 2 spicy pork and 2 fried pork, then a plate of chicken flautas. The flautas were crunchy and the guacamole on them was the bomb. The spicy pork was great, but we both loved the fried pork tacos the most. They came with some pickled carrots and onions which I put on top of my carnitas.
