Pizza House — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

First off, I was forced to give at least one start but it would be negative stars if I was able too. When I called to place an order for delivery, I repeated my address several times and even asked the lady to repeat it to ensure it was correct since it seemed like she misunderstood me to begin with. I placed my order of one large pizza half cheese half pepperoni. That was it. The lady said it would be 45 minutes or less for delivery. We ordered the pizza at 5:56 pm. I called at 7:01 pm and a man answered that sounded very rushed and didn’t want to even take the phone call. He kept over talking me and said the lady had the address wrong and was on her way and hung up. The delivery driver showed up about 15 minutes later and I felt the bottom of the pizza box and it was luke warm. I opened the box, the pizza looked dry and the crust was cold and hard like it had been sitting for awhile. I told the driver that I was not gonna pay for a pizza that took over an hour to deliver and then have the nerve to deliver it cold after it had clearly been sitting. She walked to her car and said she was going to call her boss and inform them. Next thing I know, she’s driving off so I call Pizza House and the same man answered. I attempted to explain the issue of the cold pizza and I refused to pay for it and he just kept asking me if I still had the pizza or not. He was constantly disrespecting me when I was trying to explain why I didn’t want to take the pizza and why I wasn’t gonna pay for it. This man started yelling and arguing with me over the phone to the point of where my husband heard it and took the phone from me. The amount of disrespect from an owner or manager or even just an employee was absolutely unacceptable. We never heard anything from the driver or the manager so my husband and I left to go get us some dinner. When we pull back in the driveway after getting food from another restaurant, the same delivery driver was in my driveway knocking at my door with a fresh pizza. I got out of my car and told her I wasn’t paying for that either. I refuse to give this establishment ANY of my business after the way I was spoken to tonight. I will also be posting this review on Facebook as well as other social media so everyone is aware that Pizza House is ok with disrespecting...

I ordered 42 dollars worth of food, my item was a small Pizza House Special Pizza for 8.99. It comes with pepperoni, sausage, onions, mushrooms, and green peppers. I went the the add toppings part and clicked black olives. My wife's order was rigatoni. I went to pick up the order and they forgot to give me the rigatoni, so I had to drive all the way back to go get it. Then I get home and my Pizza is only olives and cheese. So I call and he says I'm confused and that this happens all the time and if you click just olives thats all your gonna get. So I ask him to fix my Pizza and when I get there he refuses to make it for me. I called slice and they agreed with me that it should have all the toppings plus black olives and they are escalating this to their account manager. On top of all this, the rigatoni says no mushrooms because she's allergic. She is now taking benadryl and resting for her hives outbreak and swollen face. If you order a Pizza on their site and try to add extra toppings your bound to pay extra for just the one extra topping you chose. I could have ordered a cheese pizza for 6.99 and added olives if thats what I wanted. So 3 trips to Pizza house and I didnt even get to eat. This place shouldn't be in business by this owner. He doesn't even know how to use his own website. There's no telling how many people he's robbed out of money with...

I placed an order on May 31st 2019. This location uses a third party to take their online orders, which I used. 1 hr 30 minutes go by. I call get told order didn't go through. I checked my account the following day, June 1 2019. They took their money. So I called and relayed give me my money back. I was assured it will. Saturday, June 2 2019 no refund, I call again. The lady played 1. Like she called me, my phone log is blank for pizza house period. She said I never said I want my money back. Assured me again, within 24 hrs. It's June 4th 2019, no refund and no calls. And the boss is gone for the day, I just called at 7:52 pm CST. Oh yeah each time I called was offered meal instead of my refund. Give me my MONEY BACK.
