The Pizza Palace — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I ordered my food at 8:45ish pm. I received an email stating my order was accepted and being worked on and would be delivered between 9:25 pm and 9:35 pm. I spent $42. Then at around 9:15 I believe, I received another email saying my order would be delivered between 10:15 and 10:25. I was still NOT upset because I know the power is out and there isn't many places open at the time. Well 10:30 rolls around and I haven't seen or heard from anyone. STILL NOT upset, I do as the email says and contact the store for a further update. I was put on hold immediately and wasn't mad about that either. I was VERY understanding! Some guy answers the phone and I explain to him my order hasn't come yet. And he tells me that "we are the only place opened right now and we are extremely busy" and I said yes I understand that, I was just checking on my food. And he replies " the two cheeseburgers?" And I say yes. He then says " they're walking out the door now!" I simply say oh ok thank you so much! And then he just hangs up on me! This was at 10:35 ish. It's now 10:52 and the food has yet to show up. Very rude! If you can't handle stress at a restaurant during busy times without being a rude jerk, then maybe you should look into a different career! I am very shocked. This was my first time ordering here and I'm hesitant to do so again. Just received a call from the driver at 11:02. He says he is 11 minutes away. Means they're just now leaving. But I was told how long ago that they were already leaving?? Just insane! SMH... I'm appalled! I ordered a 2 liter of Dr pepper and a 2 liter of Sprite. They brought me Coke and Dr pepper cause they were out of Sprite. They couldn't have called?? And then the mozzarella sticks are cold and soggy. The burgers weren't made right. Just a whole mess. I just don't understand how the service can...

This is a really great hole in a wall and family owned place. We ordered a Large All Meats pizza for pick up and the lady (I'm assuming one of the owners) was super sweet. She explained the delivery fees when I inquired. However, I am a little confused as she told me it is 1.99 for delivery but their outside sign said Free Delivery? Either way I would still get delivery if I felt like it. And the lady was just overall great to me as a first time customer. We came back again tonight and got Gyro sandwiches and loved them! The guy working was also really great with customer service telling me what sandwhiches were good as I stood there trying to decide. Their side salad was also pretty impressive consisting of fresh lettuce, tomato, olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, and cheese in a small square box. Were definitely going to keep...

I dont even get why half the people here are whining about. The thing is people only decides to put up a review only when their food was bad, not the 100 other time when they got their food well above what they have paid for. The pizza that i ordered was delivered within 50min. They promised 30 - 45 but i wont stretch on that. I ordered a Large Veggie pizza and guess what i was amazed how fresh all of their toppings were. The cheese was out of the world, for a change they did not try to save money on it and actually did serve fresh mozzarella. The pizza was cooked to a perfection. For Large Veggie for 13.99 i would order that any day. FYI: i worked at a handful of Name Brand pizza places and i know how they make their pizza and there is nothing healthy about it neither do they walk along "...
