The people at this drive thru are always extremely friendly. The last couple times I’ve gone thru there our order was wrong. I ordered a cheese quesadilla got home and there was chicken all up in it. I don’t eat chicken and so I gave it to my son and I just didn’t eat. I wasn’t in the mood to drive back up there that night. Today I went for my son, he wanted the Doritos locos taco and a bean burrito w/NO onions. Easy order… so we thought. We get home and they had given us a regular taco (not the dorito shell) it was almost empty.. barely anything on it. The bean burrito was covered in onions. The meal was a little over $6 with the taxes for a little taco and a bean burrito at Taco and the sour cream was $.75 on one little item 😏 We of course had to go back to get it right. My 9 yr isn’t touching an onion and shouldn’t have to since we asked them not to put them on it. The Manager was very nice and fixed it. But I just feel like they really don’t understand or think about peoples time. And how inconvenient it really is to mess up someone’s order, as we have to drive back up there because they mess up our order. Read moreThe last 2 times I've been to this location has been horrible service. If you aren't in the drive thru or Door dash/Uber Eats, you are simply not welcome going inside. It took them over 10 minutes to acknowledge me standing at the register when I er 8 people made eye contact with me. It was 9:30pm. It took forever to get my food because they were too busy with the drive through people and putting them first and the orders to go. Then I noticed that everyone else that came inside got treated the same as me, No service. The hotsauce area by the napkins was empty. All the workers seem pretty rude and didn't greet me whatsoever even passing by or ask me how the food was. I asked for no tomatoes My entire order was covered in it, I had to pick it all out. Then by that time of course the food is cold. Just horrible. Lack of work ethic in everyone there. Just moving around like drones catering to the window only. I've honestly never seen anything like it. Part of me feels like they want to rip that register off the counter and make everyone just use the kiosks. Like corporate is intentionally telling them to slow down helping people that walk up to the register carrying cash lol. I could just be a conspiracy theorist though...

I get home it's 1 fiery taco and 2 nacho cheese tacos, I go back say my order is wrong, the young lady says what we get wrong extra tomato and onion, I explain No, They are supposed to be ranch. I give her the bag, she comes back moments later had me a bag and says, I marked the chicken one. Get home,,,, Why Is every taco nacho cheese Again!... Go back 🙄 This time a guy comes to the window, I tell him the problem the woman comes back and ask what are they supposed to be Nacho,,, Fiery,? I say No, they're supposed to be ranch, she says 2 beef 1 chicken, I say yes. Moments later the man hands me a bag, I check the bag they are ranch but they are not supreme, I say just give me the stuff that goes on it, the lady comes ask for the bag, brings the bag back I look, I say they forgot the chicken, she repeats, walks off comes bk with bag.
