That’s a no from me. I give this pizza a 5/10. Or 3/5 on Google because it wasn’t unbearable! Just average if not below average. If you’re not picky, it’s doable. But here’s the thing. This thing was very salty, and dough was tough and chewy, along with the breadsticks. I was told it would be ready in 25-30 minutes which seemed long to me, so I showed up in 20 minutes. That still may have been too late according to this dough. It felt like there was literally salt on the bottom of the pizza for some reason AND the top. And sauce wasn’t strong or tasteful. The whole vibe of this pizza is: salt and oregano. Does this pizza look familiar to you? It looks JUST like Little Caesars lol. The cheese was just like it and the crust had the same feeling. I’m like, did the chef work at Little Caesars before and think ā€œHey I could do this but just charge more and have sauce that doesn’t taste as good!ā€ I tried the dipping marinara as well and it was oddly sour. That’s the flavor it exuded: Sour and acidic. Listen, if you just want some junk food or it’s for a kids birthday party or something and there’s no other options, go ahead. But otherwise, this is a step below Little Caesars. I like the vibe of this pizza, but the flavor isn’t there.

Edited to 5 star because 1 "less than amazing" experience out of the hundreds of positive interactions I've had means they're worth it. The pizza is amazing and you can guarantee if something is wrong they will make it right. Absolutely worth the price. Lots of kids working here and they really are doing their best. I've seen them in busy understaffed conditions still busting out pizzas and helping every customer in the order they arrive. THE ONLY BAD THING. Sometimes they have so many delivery orders come in they don't have enough drivers or because they are young it's possible they are not doing deliveries until a later time, usually the weird time between lunch and dinner, because of being in school.

Disgusting. Disappointing. I usually get the steak salad and recommend their salad to my friends. It used to be good. This time it was old, dehydrated, smelled very strongly of chemical preservatives, only had a teaspoon of left over Philly cheesesteak for the "steak" and made me very, very sick that night.

The general area is decent to good. The storefront looks inviting. Inside it’s not dirty per se but it’s not clean either. It reminds me of a place that once had grand ideas and is now run by high school students who couldn’t care less about the business.

Our meal consisted of three, just okay, pizzas. The soda machine was out of operation. I’ll presume that it went down that day and we were unlucky. The girl who took our order was nice enough and let us know we could buy bottled drinks for our meal. Fair enough alternative I suppose.

Here’s where it loses my business. I ask about ranch for the pizza. ā€œWe have it but it costs extraā€. I ask for it to be comped because we just paid extra for drinks…she goes to get the manager who is an absolute worthless human with an awful attitude. He comes out with his terrible attitude, nearly tells the man that walks in at the wrong time to screw off, slowly realizes the new guy isn’t his target and slows his gruff attitude for a moment to deal with the customer. Sees my mother at the front and realizes she’s not his target either, serves her with barely a nod. Finally realizes I’m his target, never really looks at me and says he’s not comping the ranch dressing. Meanwhile, all of the staff is watching the quasi confrontation like he’s told them they are going to see a show. Quite the awkward situation over some…ranch.

I relent, pay for ranch that my kid says is absolutely disgusting. Wife tastes it, says it’s truly gross.

All in all, my family will never visit this place again. If I could tell the owner one thing, take the store back over before it’s too late. If that was you...

I was extremely disappointing in Dan's Pizza. I placed my order over the phone. I asked for it do be delivered and the teenager over the phone told me it would be an hour at least. Which i'm not unreasonable, but seeing how my house is exactly 4.2 miles away I thought it was a little excessive. So i polity asked how long it would take if i came and picked it up. 15 minutes she reply's. So i agree to come get it because at the time it was 6:00 pm and i hand to work at 8:30pm. I paid over the phone and headed that way. I get there and the little girl (maybe 16 years old) tells me that i never paid. After we got that sorted out she then refused to remove the deliver charge. her reasoning for not taking it off and i quote "it's a pain in the butt because you used a card. you can afford to live with out 3.00$. right?" I told her no i couldn't live with out it. Aside from all of that when my pizza was ready it was wrong. The "adults" in the building told me i could either take it or wait another 20 minutes for a new one. In no way did Dan's pizza ever try and fix the situation, but rather mocked me and insulted me for wanting what i paid for. I will never return to this business for the simple fact of the complete disrespect their people have for their very few customers.

P.s. At one time I order from them weekly. Very...
