Let's get the bad out, then the good. Not per the time listed of 20-30 minutes. Order email showed 11:10. Order didn't start per tracker until 11:20. Didn't receive untilm11:58. Actual time to me was 48 minutes. Wouldn't care except I tried to time based on their numbers. Instead, listened to 3 kids ask for 20 extra minutes where the pizza was. Ouch!
Sizes are smaller by one whole size compared to at least 3 other pizza shops we go to. Ordered a 14" large. Someone made comment, Maybe the box. Looked like a medium in all respects. Boxes are even medium sized. I know by what fits in fridge. Normal Large fits in our fridge. This large was way easy to find a spot.
Price seemed very high. Used their online coupon for large and since you don't see a price until in checkout, kinda shocked when it pops up. That coupled with size and it seems even higher. Add a topping and it jumps up quick. I could have ordered twice as much pizza and got a real large for the same price at other place.
Now, the flavor is incredible. Very little grease compared to others. No oil slick through the box at all. Toppings were delicious and a very good amount. Sauce has a very nice taste. Not just acid red sauce. Dough is fluffy and delicious for the regular hand tossed. Crust is even good and the buttery garlic flavor entices you to eat it. Each pizza was cooked perfectly. No raw dough. No floppy or burnt crust. Really perfect. I couldn't have asked for it to be done any better. I usually prefer thin crust but the hand tossed is superb. Wouldn't change a thing. If price and size were more in line with flavor, stock prices would be up instead of closing super low yesterday.
Driver did a fine job of checking things over and insuring they got to us right side up without being mangled. Looked as good as they tasted.
Could care less about new look. Corporate monkeys chose the wrong thing to concentrate on, but that's normal. Can't ever see anything from high up in the big buildings as desk jockeys. Need to come down to the surface and look at things up close and personal like the things I listed that need major improvement. Always seems the 2 groups in charge of the decisions like marketing and upper management miss the things that make a difference. But boy does everything look different. Big deal.

When I arrived at 6:05 I recieved no acknowledgement and waited atleast 3 minutes for the lady to help me. Knowing I was early I knew I would have to wait...no biggie. Several more customers came in...no acknowledgment to them either..actually the lady up front stopped putting stickers on the boxes to answer the phone to take an order, reloaded the reciept tape before even acknowledging another customer. Anyways I stood there and waited and waited I asked the gentleman next to me for the time...its 6:25! (By the way he had been waiting 8 minutes and hasn't even been helped) So I ran out to my car to get my phone so I could "track" my pizza...My order was ready at 6:10! Four, 4, four minutes after I paid. I walked up and told the lady that my pizza was ready now 18 minutes ago! No sorry nothing! I again said I have been stainding here for 18 minutes while my pizzas SAT ON A SHELF. She was less than 3 feet away from that shelf. In that 18 minutes I saw her look at that shelf at least 3 or 4 times for other orders! Of course she had to ask for my name because 20 minutes has passed since I paid. Again no sorry, no nothing. As I left a wished the other 4 customers waiting on thier orders good luck...and she had the nerve to say "well I'm the only one up here. "Uh yeah I know, maybe instead of putting stickers onboxes you should be of service to your customers. Yeah I get youre busy, but again when you have 30 boxes ready waiting for pizzas to come out of the oven and several orders that are ready and sitting on a shelf and the customer is there I think you could take 10 seconds to check. Hell to even remember my name to check when you are hecking for other orders would have been nice. So fast forward I get home get my groceries in and put away. Call the kids down to eat and one of our pizzas is wrong....we ordered sausage and bacon...what did we get..cheese. The sticker (that are obviously super imortant to get on the box) says sausage and bacon. Wow, so...
Read moreABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE FOOD, SERVICE, AND BUSINESS. We ordered delivery last week on the app, our order came not only 2 hours later, but stale and very cold. Willing to give them another chance, we decided to try to order delivery again yesterday. As we live about 15 minutes away from Domino's, we expected the order to arrive relatively soon. Maybe even up to an hour at most? We waited 3 hours. THREE. After calling management, they explained they are getting the order out right that minute and apologized. Again, we gave them one last chance, maybe they where just having a bad couple of weeks... 45 minutes go by, still no delivery arrived. After calling management once again to just cancel our order instead, they told us they didn't have our order and that we "must of ordered it from a different location." (Even though we previously just called, have our address saved in the app, the location of the nearby Domino's that we order from, and so on...) After being lied to by management, the funniest thing happened... Our delivery showed up about 10 minutes later. So, after about 4 hours of wasted time with this business, when our order arrived, we decided to first check and see if it was from the location we delivered from, which it was.
