Johnny's Tavern Ridgeview — Restaurant in Olathe

I would like to give Johnny's Tavern a better rating but I just cannot. The reason being is that about every third time I go there is a significant issue. I've been about 20 times. Tonight I went with some friends and had a couple of beers and some nachos. The waitress did a really nice job and I gave her a good tip.

However I placed a to-go order for me and my wife near the end of our visit and it took about 30 minutes to get my order. The waitress checked in with me multiple while I waited. By then all my friends had left and I was still waiting on my order. The waiter eventually brought me my order but half of it was missing. I'm glad I checked it before I left.

I let the waitress know half of my order was missing and requested a manager. The waiter and the manager were very nice. They brought out the entire order fairly quickly. However when I got home the burger I had ordered was raw. I was able to heat up the hamburger in the microwave (it was so underdone I think it was unsafe to eat ), but it really distracted from the whole experience and I'm tired of these kinds of issues and errors. Again, every third visit there's always a problem with the food or the check or the wait time.

There are so many choices out there with respect to places to eat that I just cannot return to Johnny's Tavern. I hope your experience...

I went to this location last night and we had appetizers and drinks. Our waitress was fantastic! Now, the bartender on the other hand was very deceptive. We ordered the Strawberry Lemonade off of their new cocktail list. The first one she made DID NOT have the New Amsterdam Pink Whitney in it, or rather, she said she ran out and put the last little bit in our drinks. (Mind you we saw her bring out a brand new bottle of the Pink Whitney after the fact) The first round was absolutely horrible. We sent them back. The second round the bartender had the audacity to work around the original recipe and put nasty grenadine in it!!!!! I literally saw her make the drink and she NEVER touched the new bottle of Pink Whitney. The waitress brought it to us and waited for us to try it, and it was worse than the 1st one. We just said never mind on the Strawberry Lemonade. The waitress was so kind to offer us a shot on the house but we decided to just go ahead and pay for our check and leave. Never will I come to this location while that particular bartender is there. There is nothing wrong with opening a brand new bottle, just make the drink right the first time. Please. If it weren't for the food and the waitress I would have definitely given this...

Ordered food, appetizers and drinks came out great.nsaw.salads going to table.next to us with our no tomato and 2 dressings. Lady at that table said it wasn't hers. He came out again a few minutes later with tomato but still our dressings. She said no again. I flagged him down and said we had been waiting for 20 mins and still hadn't gotten our salads with those dressings and no tomato. He looked at me and said we weren't his table. Our food finally came out...Two tables seated next to us well after we were seated, already had their food. He brought the salads (pretty sure they were the same ones), one of wings were bone-in when supposed to be boneless and our fries were cold. Our waitress came over and asked if everything was ok...I just mentioned we had waited quite a while and our fries were cold, she said sorry. And that was it. Not sure why we had 2 separate people and one who said he wasnt on our table. But he was the one who brought out our food.My son loves your place but it was my husbands and My first time...we likely...
