Minsky's Pizza — Restaurant in Olathe

First and last time to ever go this this Minsky’s. After about 10 minutes we had to track someone down to get menus and take order. Another 15 minutes and we had to go ask for our salads and appetizers. When they came, had to ask for silverware. When second appetizer arrived a few minutes later, it looked like it was leftover from someone else’s table. Flagged down someone we assumed is the manager. He agreed to take the dip back and off our bill. When pizza finally came, we had to ask server for plates. We jokingly asked if someone spit in our food and server said, don’t think so. I offered for him or another staffer member to take the first bite. He passed. Gave up waiting on plates and picked some up from carry out. When finished eating had to flag down server for bill. Told him we took care of plates. Dip wasn’t removed from bill, so they to handle. The server never came by to refill drinks. Have been to Minksy’s throughout the city and this one before as well. First experience like this we have ever had. There were very few customers and staff ignored us all evening. To be fair/honest, apparently we came in the carry out door instead of the main door. Not sure if that is why we were ignored. Love Minsky’s but will never come to this...

We stopped here 8/11 at 9pm. My family and I had been driving all day and were exhausted. I had called a Minsky’s pizza and ordered thinking that this was the one across from the hotel we were staying at. I unfortunately did not called this one. When we got to this Minsky’s, the gentleman behind the counter stated he did not have an order I file. The gentleman behind the counter could see my frustration with myself since I called the wrong one. He was so kind and explained we could order here and he would have it out within 10 mins. He also offered me a cold drink on the house while we waited , which was very kind. I ordered a large pizza, wings and a side salad. As promised within 10 mins our food was brought out to our car by this kind gentleman. I wish I would have gotten his name! But he truly made our long and frustrating day so much better with his kindness and understanding! Our food was hot and delicious as well! Thank you so much and we will definitely be back if we ever come back...

Ordered online and I am not too happy with what I got. Took me about ten minutes to get back home from curbside pick up and pizzas were cold. (I arrived very early for pick up still waited 15 minutes over the time asked to arrive). Hawaiian pizza was the worst. I modified some of their gourmet pizzas to adjust to my family’s preferences and didn’t get what I asked for. Too expensive for something that wasn’t done as I asked. I’d prefer to have waited longer than I did to get my order right. If you don’t understand the order why didn’t you call me?

This was my first time after 5 years purchasing Minskys and I regret it. I used to love them when I bought it in KCMO but this was just sad. Won’t be coming back and I am likely to not recommend this location at least. I’m so unhappy.
