Horrible customer service! First, I’ll start by saying they need to hire more people who can understand plain English. The language barrier does customers no good when the person taking their orders can’t even fully understand what the customer is ordering. Please train your employees to speak and understand clear English. Second, I wanted to try a new item to see if I liked it prior to ordering a whole sub and the girl there was was very rude and said no even after I told her it was very possible that I would wind up getting it. I then told her she lost a sale. I also said I would never be going back there again. (I used to be a somewhat regular customer) As I was walking out the door with the one sub, the owner comes out from the back and didn’t even bother apologizing or saying anything to me to try and save a customer. So clearly even the owner doesn’t care about losing business!
