This is my second review - I deleted my first one because the owner called my personal phone to discuss it. I was shocked that she found my number and contacted me while I was in the middle of a meeting. It's inappropriate to call people without their permission.

Despite this, I placed another order today (7/26) around 2:20 PM because my son insisted. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and very reluctant to assist. When I thanked him, he just hung up without a word.

When my husband went to pick up the order, he asked for hot sauce. Just like the first time, this guy refused and was very rude, according to my husband. Hot sauce and ketchup are standard items at all burger places, so this is ridiculous.

I always come here for the delicious food. The chicken is always crispy and well marinated. Cheeseling fries, soy garlic and honey garlic chicken are to die for. Their sandwiches are also very good. For the most part the customer service is good but today, It was not a positive customer experience. The cashier looked very unhappy with her job and it comes across. I was not told how long it would take and when another customer had arrived to pick up their food they got no response when asking if their food was ready. I felt very uncomfortable as the place felt like the cashier’s home and it was really cold at the location. Additionally past cashiers I have had interactions with were very friendly and welcoming.
