Waited roughly 15-20 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese plus a healthy wrap, and 3 bagels. After the wait I only recieved the healthy wrap and I had to ask for the bacon egg and cheese to which the lady replied she made it but someone took it. She was not apologetic and was very rude when I said I had to go and told her nevermind, she also told the person I was with that they better enjoy the wrap because I'm assuming it was hard for her to make? Where do I begin. To start, the service here is horrible. It seems like there are new people who work here every week so nobody knows what they are doing. Communication between staff members needs a lot of work as they never know who is working on what. The wait time to get one bagel is about 20 minutes, so make sure you block out 30 just in case. Oh, and don't expect your eggs to be cooked properly. It would have been fine if they messed it up a few times, but thats not the case.
