My experience with this jewelry store was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. I went to them on a recommendation from a friend who was very happy with the customizations they were able to complete for her. I was struggling to find an eternity band that sat flush with my low sitting basket engagement ring. Many places told me I would have to "redo" my setting for I wanted but I wasn't willing to touch my engagement ring. I had an idea in my head of what I thought would work so I went here and drew it on paper in the worst drawing you can imagine to try to explain what I wanted. Their amazing jeweler was able to do exactly what I invisioned just from a drawing but way better! He is truly talented. I can't wait to get married in September and begin to wear my customized wedding band together with my engagement ring. Today I'm on my way to take my beloved grandmother's wedding band from over 60 years ago, to be resized. I want to be able to wear it on my wedding day so a piece of her is still with me. Absolutely the best experience of my life!!!! Such warm, caring and wonderful people. Not only are you dazzled by the store's inventory, but you are welcomed like family. Upon meeting Sose I just knew that this was the jewelry store for me. I was referred to Massoyan Jewelers by Tacori's customer service. It is my 20th anniversary and have always wanted the Tacori ring I saw 22 years ago when looking for engagements rings. Due to our budget I was unable to afford it. So for our 20th year my husband told me to see if I can still have the ring made. Sose along with her family was able to make my dreams come true. After 20 years they were able to find out that my ring was still in production and help me order it. Along the way Sose kept me up to date on the progress.
