Wawa — Restaurant in Oldsmar

Cashier and shift manager had horrible attitudes. (From not being greeted and ignored so the employees could visit with each other, to rolling of eyes, talking under his breath, huffing at me, being rude to me and the manager. the manager doing the same) Not a pleasant experience at all. Manager never asked what the problem was or how she could help. Cashier was even rude to the manager and when I pointed it out to her, she told me that was my problem, she didn't have a problem with it. Customer service is a problem already when the store hasn't been opened even a month?!! How incredibly sad. What ever happened to Mom n Pop stations... Forced out by huge corporations that don't care about customers because they know...

Nice looking new Wawa. Food is pretty good for fast food, but dont expect to get it fast. Service takes forever no matter the time of day, and ESPECIALLY ordering curbside. Expect to wait 20-30 minutes. I just waited 35, and when I walked inside to get a status, they had the food ready on the counter and it was cold. Curbide printed clearly on it, and im sure their system reminded them of it, but they were too busy talking to each other, laughing and making jokes instead of managing...

This review is for the cheeseburger. Wasn't expecting a lot but I wow, this was pretty disappointing. One piece of cheese and a pile of bacon is kind of weird but that's easily fixable. However, the entire thing was cold to warmish. The meat itself was warmish at best. The cheese and bacon were cold. The bun itself was very cold, almost like it was in a fridge.
