Our business is local so we keep trying to order from here. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. Get your Tropical Smoothie fix from any other location.

We have tried so many times and had issues but today was the final straw.

Ordered ahead curbside placed the order at 1:28. We were almost there and arrived shortly after placing the order, order said it will be ready by 1:53. So we waited to say anything till our time rolls around. After 2pm we go into the restaurant to see what was going on with our order. The smoothies were sitting on the counter and Staff was busy talking. My husband stood at the counter and one finally stepped in and just stood there, didn't greet him or anything.

He explains our order and the smoothies had been sitting on the counter but the food hadn't even been started yet!

I get mistakes happen but the Staff did not care, apologize or try to make it right. My husband brought the food outside and the smoothies are completely melted from where they had been sitting out. (We were also given skinny, short water straws instead of Smoothie straws) Annnd we were missing our sides.

I go in to request fresh smoothies, large straws and our sides. Get out to the car, drive away to learn we got incorrect smoothies, my husband was missing the salsa for his Santa fe quesadilla and my pesto chicken wrap was burnt.

The kicker was this location was DEAD, it was not busy at the time and there was no excuse to this level of lack of care for a job.

Staff was short, rude and does not care. The store could really benefit from having a manager on at all times to help keep an eye on orders and handle guest concerns.

This location is extremely inconsistent. My husband and I have been going here for the last 6months and it’s always a gamble. We both get the same exact thing every single time so we know what our order is supposed to taste like. My favorite (when done right) is the Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap. Most times the wrap is done poorly. Either they put a ton of cold undercooked rice, not enough chicken, too much sauce, no sauce at all, or not enough of anything to where you might as well be eating a plain tortilla. My husband and I try to take note of who was working when a GOOD wrap was made but the staff turn over is wild at this place… as inconsistent as their food. We keep going in hopes that eventually the staff will figure out how to make our orders right and they tighten up but the last few times I’ve just developed taste aversion and disgust for this place. Not to mention, my husband is vegan and one time he got really sick after drinking a smoothie we think there was some cross contamination. Not fun. AND a few weeks ago, my husband went through the drive through (as usual) it was barely 8:30pm and no one was attending him so he decided to go inside and the staff that night said they were closed….what?! Google says they close at 9pm so I expect to STILL be served at 8:30pm. I’m telling you, it’s horrible all around. Anyway, if you’ve reached this far in my review the better location is the Tropical Smoothie on Memorial Hwy if it wasn’t so out of my way I’d rather go to that...

Service is horrible and next to nothing. I was told they were out of two premium items (kale and sweet potatoes) and I could choose from chips or a banana. I simply asked asked if I was up charged through the app and was rudely told by the employee she eats sun chips all the time and they are healthy. Yes I know about sun chips in my 34 years on Earth…. I asked a question — don’t give a sales pitch on chips while claiming to be health food and don’t be condescending to a customer—— She then goes and texts on her phone after making fun to her colleague making my food because I had to ask the question again….Should of started making my smoothies instead of texting on your phone then not washing your hands after more people came out to finally help me.

Ordered on the app and drove 15 minutes with no one in line or drive through and still waited 5 more. After Elijah saved the day (prob. the best employee there and needs a raise) I left and will never come back. Owners need to replace some of their employees with someone who cares just a little more about their personal investment as this is the third time of poor service and the worst (I even went inside this time lol) - Your ROI is about to be toast! Unless it’s fun to pretend then keep up the horrible customer service.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but people need to save their time and energy before going here. Food was decent but not worth my return to...
