Lucky Bowl Asian Fusion — Restaurant in Olmsted Township

Normally i NEVER make any comments or reviews on anything (Whether negative or positive), but i really had to on this one.Their chicken fried rice seems to have tofu cut into cubes in place of chicken. That thing they call chicken is plainly as nasty as u can ever imagine. If you crumble it with your 2 fingers it disintegrates. What kinda meat protein will disintergrate like that? Then their sweet and sour sauce is terrible too. Their pork dumplings (pot stickers) were too thick, almost unpalatable due to their thickness. Their chicken fingers were SO HEAVILY coated that my son did not even like em as much as he enjoys chicken fingers with s/s sauce. I pretty much got a stomach upset after consuming part of that food. I had given Lily 5 Stars last year because their house fried rice was really good but unfortunately every other item we have ordered from here has been a disappointment. Last night I ordered the pepper steak combo platter and didn't even eat 1/3rd of the meat due to its appearance, consistency and flavor.

The meat looked as if it had been breaded and reheated. It was extremely rubbery (Imagine eating wet beef jerky) and the flavor was off.

Needless to say I'm now looking for a new Chinese restaurant to order from in the future.

I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews to local businesses because I'm sure the owners work hard for whatever they get and I want to support local businesses but if they no longer care why should I?

Hopefully they read this and decide to...

Shrimp had a bad fishy smell and very few in my meal...which I did not eat, there must have been 2 whole green bell peppers in my meal,(peppered shrimp with black bean sauce) The other dish we had was sweet and sour shrimp, the shrimp size looked good until we peeled the breading off ,I filled the entire lid of my take out container with breading and then the shrimp were very small and not very good tasting. Egg rolls were mushy and soft. Crab Rangoon was ok, General Tso was ok..chicken was fatty and a little mealy .This was out first purchase and will be our last. So sad because I would like to support local business but I am not going to waste another $32...
