Bavarian Wurst — Restaurant in Olympia

My daughter and I went to the market yesterday. We had heard how great things about the wurst here! I ordered a jumbo hotdog and my daughter had a knackwurst. She said her wurst was very pepper forward but otherwise not much flavor. She has lived in Germany so she wasn’t impressed. My jumbo hotdog was a real disappointment. Hardly any flavor and I never thought I’d say this about a dog but it needed salt. I also have lived in Germany and I also wasn’t impressed. I don’t know if it was just an off day or what but next time we’ll go next door to have fish & chips. As I said, we both had heard good things (not many recent reviews) so we were disappointed. On the survey below it doesn’t even include the knackwurst or the jumbo hotdog. No choice to not recommend...

Bought a simple bratwurst with sauerkraut, onions, and ketchup. Dunno why it took ten minutes to cook and serve on an extremely slow day, with only one order ahead of me and three cooks in the trailer. Wish I'd taken a photo--the bun was too small and fell apart in my hands, soggy with grease. All the fixings fell through, including giant red onion slices that clearly did not fit in the bun. Ketchup was only in a tiny dipping container, had to just slather it on top of everything.

Worst. Wurst. Ever. Never eating...

They couldn't even clear the line when the bell ring as I simultaneously finally got past the lady standing in the window only waiting on her food. I only wanted a sausage, had money and order ready still told we are done. Just send when I was waiting a few minutes before bell you could have served me. Several restraints in neighboring stalls either cleared their lines or remained open for an extra few minutes. Poor service, poor attitude. Would not...
