I haven't had much urge to explore this place too much but I've been told it has some very cool hidden gems to see. I have been here several times and most recently there were geese all over the first Greenway on the right. There is not a fully plumbed bathroom but there is a decent portable potty. The view is of the industrial port of olympia and then to the right is the capital but it's pretty far away. if you're going for that view I'd visit capital lake instead which isn't far away from West Bay park. Go out the left down past the two roundabouts, take the 2nd exit then take the 2nd exit again and that park will be directly ahead. Stay...
