Amigos/Kings Classic — Restaurant in Omaha

This location is terrible. I ordered my meal around 8pm. It was the chicken ranch rice taco bowl. When I got home the first thing I noticed when I opened the package was the WAY OVER FRIED shell that crumbles when touched. Next was the chicken that looked days old and dried up. Most pieces were unrecognizable. At this point i called and spoke with the same woman that helped me in the drive thru. While the woman running the drive thru, at times was polite, she began to try and point blame to who's fault it was that this 3 day old looking meal had even made it to a bag and out the window. She said that she would send a $10 coupon by mail. This was a week ago. This was and is unacceptable way of conducting business. Never once did she apologize for inconvenience because at that point I had to bundle back up and go back out and spend another...

I wish I could do a 0 start rating. Let me start by saying I love Amigos food. This location is incredibly unprofessional and rude. While placing our order I had to repeat it several times, then while paying she took forever getting our change. No receipt was given to us. She then asked us to pull forward to wait for our food. There were already 2 cars ahead of us waiting. 5 more cars ordered and waited. 3 cars that ordered behind us got their food first. We sat there for 20mins before getting our food. When we asked about our order the lady shook her head and was rude about it. All of our food was cold. One burrito was burned, badly. I had a still frozen onion ring on my burger and it had more sauce than burger. We will never go back to this...

I have always loved Amigos hard shell tacos but today was a major disappointment. What had set them apart from other fast food tacos is that they were nice and crispy. Today I received 2 tacos and the grease was dripping from them with each bite. The shells were all broken apart. They were disgusting and could not finish them. I’ve always had great food at this Amigos but that was also when I used to see a nice young man that I’m guessing was the manager. I have not seen him the last few visits and maybe that’s why it’s gotten bad. Who knows. I won’t be going back anytime...
